Great, and I mean great employees. Dano himself regularly greets customers and checks on their satisfaction. Lakeside is accurate as it is nestled on the Portage Lakes waterfront. Good drink selection, and great daily specials. The burgers are great, but the buns fall apart as soon as you pick them up. Warm weather is all about the patio and picnic tables. Limited menu still offers the basic variety of burgers, fries, chicken tenders, etc. Nice to be able to sit outside by the water. Nothing fancy, but comfortable tucked away in a local neighborhood. With access to the lake.

You cannot go wrong with Danos. Service with a smile. The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable considering the location. Worth a visit whether you get there by boat or drive there.The restaurant is very clean. There is a very spacious patio and there is the dockage for your boat.
