“The way they treat their customers is by far unmatched. My grandmother lived around the corner from here, my mom grew up here. It was a hot summer day in 2019 and I decided to take my daughter here. In highschool I became allergic to milk, so my options were two sorbets. Every time I took my daughter here I would ask if they had non-dairy ice cream already knowing the answer. The next season I was extremely shocked that they started serving non-dairy ice cream and the strawberry banana is by far my favorite.“

“Pretty cool little place. Offering some different types of ice cream flavors like chocolate milk and cookies, strawberry and rhubarb, blue berry pop tart.

Prices were pretty good also compared to what I thought they might be for being downtown. Small cone was 4.75 which most places are up to 5 bucks now for a small cone. Their small was nice sized. Not like some of these places that give you the smallest scoop ever.“

“My wife and I were in town for an event and we were looking for a local dessert place near our hotel and found Pav's not far from us. The online menu looked interesting, so we made our way there. Finding it at night was mildly difficult, I described it to friends that it's like if an ice cream place was a Speakeasy 😁 It's inside the plaza(?) and downstairs with no noticable signage outside. Regardless, our treats were delicious. I had a peanut butter brownie sundae and my wife a baklava sundae. Our creamery guru was a super nice guy and got us our desserts to us quickly and well-made. If we're in the area again, we'll be back.“

“Ordered a whole sheet red velvet cake for nephew's graduation from St. V's.. Our family and guests LOVED the cake, it was delicious! “The ice cream is excellent and service is as well. But what really stands out was the kindness from the employee who was working wednesday afternoon. I took 3 of my grandsons for ice cream after school and after getting their stuff and returning to our van,one of them tripped and lost their entire bowl upside down on the concrete. I went back up to purchase another but was told not to worry about paying for it.They would replace it .Now that was awesome!“

“Ordered cookies via DoorDash and the updates never updated. Called the store (as that’s what DoorDash instructed) and long story short, the dasher took my order. She remade it and when I got the order, she had added cookies for the inconvenience and bc they were out of one flavor I had ordered.
So whoever was working closing shift the night of August 29, you’re the best and I hope your coffee tastes amazing tomorrow!

“NGL, their GM was killing it. She was leading her team to success as they were falling behind. We got our order timely, it was tasty, crispy & I loved her energy 😂 I love that they keep those sauces out on deck but the restaurant is a little dirty but they were busy. Can’t have it all.“
