Ordered cookies via DoorDash and the updates never updated. Called the store (as that’s what DoorDash instructed) and long story short, the dasher took my order. She remade it and when I got the order, she had added cookies for the inconvenience and bc they were out of one flavor I had ordered.
So whoever was working closing shift the night of August 29, you’re the best and I hope your coffee tastes amazing tomorrow!

Stopped at insomnia cookies for the first time today. Amazing service! The people working there were very helpful and polite. Cookies and ice cream were delicious 😋 definitely recommend and we will be back again.
Workers were very friendly and talkative, they had quick service and were very patient with us as we were new to the place. Overall great time and cookies were delicious!

Insomnia Cookies is a popular spot known for its warm cookies, served fresh from the oven. While their prices may be steep, with cookies starting at $2.95 and premium options at $4.95, customers enjoy the bonus of warm cookies. The staff is friendly, and recently, one employee, Erica, has been noted for her huge smile and passion for her job. Customers have appreciated her helpfulness and the pleasant conversations they have shared. Insomnia Cookies is a great place to satisfy a sweet tooth, especially after enjoying activities like a baseball game. The cookies are good, and the take-out container resembles a pizza box, which adds to the fun. Some cookies, especially those with caramel, are better heated up, but overall, the food and the people make it a spot worth returning to.
