Ordered cookies 03/16/24 at 9:53pm. I get a text saying Christopher is on the way with my cookies at 10:00pm. I get a text at 10:08 saying my delivery was made. The tracker never moved… and it takes 15 minutes, not 8, to get from my house to the store in Akron. I call and I speak to another employee that puts me on hold but I can still hear her say to who I assume was Christopher “it says you delivered the order”. I then get asked if I want my order “re-delivered” or if I wanted a refund. I tell them I would like to have what I paid for and I get told the cookies are ready and headed my way right now. At 10:30pm I got my cookies. We’ll see if they are even good. Either way, the service seems to have some dishonest workers, so I won’t bother ordering again.

Idk who was working Monday night on February 20th. But maybe don’t be so mad about customers coming into a… late night cookie shop you choose to work at. Incredibly rude and kept rolling her eyes even when we apologized for coming in an hour before close.

Ordered delivery of "warm cookies". It was a very very cold day. I had tipped 20% on line order. I was able to see that the order was en route but not track the driver so I looked out for delivery at intervals. When they arrived, the driver just set them on porch, didn't ring bell or knock.

Their cookies are very good and served warm which is an added bonus but they're expensive, get ready to shell out $2.95 for one, $4.95 for premium (which I didn't get). They did offer 12 cookies for like $20+ but nothing smaller like deals for 4, 6, or 8 cookies.Parking: Take someone with you so they can get out and go get it ?.

We have been going to insomnia cookies for months now. The staff over there is very nice, they always welcome us warm smiles and make sure our order is taken care of asap. I will tell you this, the people working there work long hours, so if you find them a little disinterested in making conversations with you, know that they are just tired. And probably have been on their feet all day. We always go there and talk very nicely with the staff and over time, people who did not converse with us starting having conversations.Be kind and be nice, and they’ll pay it back.All in all, great place.
