For work this is the location we order from for delivery! Jimmy John's is Jimmy John's! However I did try out this new item and it was delicious! I usually eat plain slims (I believe that is what it is called) but this wrap was very good! Hopefully it sticks around!
TWO HOURS! Two hours for delivery for a place that advertises "freaky fast." (And I live less than a five minute drive from this store, I should add.) Might need to staff some turtles to get that "freaky fast" up to speed. It's a shame their App won't let you pick the location. I don't know that I've ever had worse service at JJ's.At least the food is decent. But I think I'll find a new place for sandwiches. This is ridiculous for "fast food."

Could not even place an order 1/2/24 from the Akron Main St location. Immediately put on hold for nearly 15 minutes, so I hung up. Last time I was able to order it took an hour and 25 minutes for the delivery to arrive. I had to rate low on all because I wasn't able to get any food.
