Could not even place an order 1/2/24 from the Akron Main St location. Immediately put on hold for nearly 15 minutes, so I hung up. Last time I was able to order it took an hour and 25 minutes for the delivery to arrive. I had to rate low on all because I wasn't able to get any food.

I placed a mobile order, when I arrived the employee was unphased that I entered the establishment and continued to text at a table when I walked in. I grabbed my order, in which she Didn’t verify. My sandwich was wet, soggy, had hard bread and was so unappetizing I couldn’t even finish it. There was mustard at the end of the sandwich and none throughout. It was as if my food was thrown together with their eyes closed. This was my 3rd order in a week and this sandwich makes me not want to return.

For work this is the location we order from for delivery! Jimmy John's is Jimmy John's! However I did try out this new item and it was delicious! I usually eat plain slims (I believe that is what it is called) but this wrap was very good! Hopefully it sticks around!

Picked up a 4 person order for our law office. Sandwiches potato chips, drinks, and a cookie when I asked for one of the boxes to help carry the food the employees acted like I was asking for $1 million and would not give me one. Finally I got an extra bag for the potato chips and left. I had to go back because they forgot the chocolate chip cookie, I noticed when I got back in the car, one of the bags had torn with the sandwiches in it, which made it difficult for me to get the food up to the office all at one time because all the staff was busy working on last minute legal briefs and other out of the office for the day. I guess boxes that they use for delivery are too expensive to let customers with a $46 order have one. I’ve never been a fan of Jimmy John’s anyway, now even more so.Parking: Crazy

Your delivery area is so small it's irrelevant. No outside delivery services either. Not doing your business any favors operating that way.

This is the 2nd time in 1 week it took over an hour and a half to have my food delivered. And both time my order was wrong. The 1st time I called and the manager had someone bring my correct order (got it in under 15minutes, imagine that) but this time I wasn't going to bother. It had taken them over an hour and 20 minutes to deliver and wasn't waiting another hour+. Never again!

371 S Main st ?If I could give zero stars I would because when I order a sandwich, I prefer it to not have a roach in it. I am disgusted and I can’t believe this is my experience. DO NOT EAT HEAR IF U PREFER SUBS WITHOUT ROACHES.

I have been coming to this location for almost 3 years at least weekly. They made a mistake with my sandwich on May 31. I called and complained and they said that they would remake the sandwich when I came in. I come in today to get my sandwich and the manager on duty tells me that he can’t find my name and there’s nothing he can do. He was pretty rude about it and not very understanding at all, I understand that they may have misplaced it or what not because it was a while ago but that is not my fault as a customer and frankly treating me with attitude because you can’t find something in your filing system is unacceptable. Expecting me to remember a managers name after almost 2 weeks to get the proper customer service is unacceptable. Especially with the amount of business, I’ve given this location over the past three years.
