“This Subway has quietly become one of my go-to lunch spots downtown. It’s within walking distance of work, which is clutch, and even though it gets absolutely slammed during the lunch rush, the workers are consistently friendly and keep things moving.

The staff always seem to have a good attitude, which honestly makes a difference when a place is packed. Ordering through the app makes it super convenient, and with all the promotions and Sub of the Day deals, it’s actually one of the more affordable lunch options around.

In a world where fast food can be hit or miss, this location still delivers. 2026 Subway still hits if you find a banger like this one.“

“The restaurant is always spotless! The employees are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely engage with the customers. The meat and veggie bars are consistently filled to the top and look absolutely pristine. Even though this location is always packed, the employees keep the line moving quickly and efficiently without ever making you feel rushed. You can really tell they take pride in providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, inviting environment! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I ordered sandwiches from Sam’s Club a week before I needed them for a funeral. I expected approximately 50 people. The day before the event, I stopped into Sam’s Club to confirm my order. At first, they couldn’t find the order. Then, after finding it, informed me that they had a staff shortage and couldn’t fulfill my full order. And the only reason they could fill it partially was because they were making those sandwiches anyway to go out in the refrigerator section. No empathy, no concern. Jimmy John’s came to the rescue! With only 24 notice. And BETTER sandwiches!! Thank you, Jimmy John’s!!“

“We came here today for lunch. As we got here, we were instantly able to order our sandwiches. The ladies that took our order and made our sandwiches were extremely nice and our sandwiches were made quickly and efficiently. At checkout, we got 2 drinks as part of our meals. After that, I went to get my ice and noticed black specks in the cup in the ice. I then dumped out that cup and refilled with more ice and found more black specks in my ice. My party also got ice in their drink and also found black specks. We then went up to the counter to let them know what happened. They were extremely apologetic and kind and let us grab bottles of Soda from the vending machine. After that, 5 minutes later, we were eating our sandwiches (which were absolutely delicious and made with quality), we saw a woman, who we think was the manager, come over and instantly put the ice machine out of service and proceeded to start deep cleaning the machine from about when we started eating, to after when we left (at least 15 minutes later). I now love this Subway. The employees genuinely care about issues and concerns, the food was delicious, service was immaculate, and all the employees were working very hard. I will be back.“

It was like stepping back in time to the nineties, when Subway was still doing it right. There was no pre-packaged doled out deli meat; they built my sandwich like they did back in the day by grabbing the meat and cheese and putting it on the sandwich.

A+++++, would highly recommend!

“This is one of the redecorated modern Subway restaurants. Very clean, very bright. Food was as expected for a Subway. Service was good.

Parking: Large shopping plaza, so plenty of parking. But it's a bit unclear where to enter the lot from Hawkins (not the restaurants fault).“

“I love Subway it's one of my favorite places to eat you get pretty good amount for your money and they have a few different types of bread you can put your sandwich on and they make it to order fresh right in front of you place is clean bathrooms are clean and the tables are cleaned and maintained and the staff was friendly“

“ordered here a few times and never had an issue. sometimes pickup sometimes delivery through door dash. this last time my order got delivered to the wrong house on a different street. called door dash and got redirected 3 times with no help. called the store and it was refunded and then i ordered again and it was quickly made for pickup. “A nice location that was recently redone on the inside, making it really nice compared to other restaurants around the area. Great sandwich offerings, though I wish more vegetarian options were available such as the veggie patty that some other random Subway locations seem to have. Items are fresh and prices are decent. Service can sometimes be a bit slow, but it always has been professional.

Parking: Plenty of parking is available. Possibly 20 spots or so total.“

“I absolutely love this Subway, there are 2 locations closer to my house but I only go to this one. Easy to find, large parking area, and the employees are always pleasant to interact with. Because its small there are times theres only 1 employ working and a line, but I don't mind it. Its worth the wait and time (to me)“

“Food was DELICIOUS! The Mr. had smothered turkey chops with rice and macaroni and cheese. I had fried wings, macaroni and cheese and sweet potatoes. We took home gizzards, soul rolls, and dressing. The only thing I was fond of was the dressing. Everything else was ON POINT! We will be back.“

“Pretty good Subway. Typical Subway food, but at least it seemed like there was decent meat and toppings on the footlong and they actually honor the app coupons. Still missing some meat towards the ends of the sandwich, but better than some Subways I've been to. Restroom was clean and functional, so that was another pleasant surprise. Soda machine also worked and had ice available. The soda also wasn't flat. Parking lot isn't terrible. There is one way, head in parking but also spaces for backing into. I'd definitely eat here again.“
