“I wanted to recognize an employee at Subway who consistently goes above and beyond Ava! Every time I come in, they are friendly, patient, and genuinely seem to care about giving great service.
On my last visit, they took extra time to make sure my order was exactly right, even catching a small mistake before I noticed it. They stayed positive and upbeat the whole time, even though it was busy, and treated every customer with the same level of attention and respect.
It’s rare to see someone take that much pride in their work, and it really makes a difference. Experiences like this are why I keep coming back. I hope they get the recognition they deserve!

“Me and my kid went here yesterday. There was a kid that worked there that was so great. We talked about him the whole way home. Extremely polite extremely helpful . I have no clue his name. I think his hair was either braided or twisted. Honestly I wish I had got his name. I hope the service industry doesn’t change him! It was refreshing to have this experience.“

“this is the NASTY gyro I have EVER gotten .the meat has HUGE chunks the tomatoes , paper thin and the Shoe string fries HAD MORE OIL THEN POTATOES I will never again order a thing for. this place . it's Horrible!!!!!!!!! edit : the " manger". is extremely disrespectful! claims this is EDIBLE ( which it is not ! ) he claims he will refund money we shall see ! I can get better quality in a frozen Gyro kit then the quality I Experienced tonight in my 1st visit.. Edited: I wasn't gonna expose this place by name UNTIL NOW ! MAGIC CITY SUBS AND GYROS in fact dirty deleted their RUDE AND DISGUSTING comments to me on Fb before ,blocking me NO ! I ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T GET A REFUND this was my 1st experience at this establishment I don't get to experience things as I wish I could do YES this was my 1st time ever ordering food from Magic City Subs and gyros The HUGE chunks of pink meat was DISGUSTING to look at the texture was horrid The fries aren't freshly cut ! But to top off the crappy food ! Let's take a moment to put the spot light on the OWNER! Blaming THE CUSTOMER For their failing business.. So because he's a Small business owner ! I'm somehow supposed to just HAND HIM MY MONEY on un edible food ? I would never again !!! Order or recommend this PLACE in fact with the poor quilty of food and service I'm thinking an official complaint should be sent to the HEALTH DEPARTMENT! Do not gaslight magic City Subs and gyros Your poor quality isn't a ME problem, Know better ?. Do better !“

“We showed up to place a large order for a funeral service with little notice. My thoughts were all over the place and the manager, Angela, couldn’t have been more helpful, patient, supportive, and kind. She didn’t rush me at all when I was trying to gather my thoughts about my order. She even reached out to me the next day to let me know that I do not need to worry about a thing and that she would deliver the order herself. The food showed up on time, and was very well received by all of the guests. This Medina location and Angela were angels. Highly recommend!“

“This by far is the best fast food place in town ya it may cost a bit more but the waffle fries are fresh and not rubbery and the sandwiches are not microwaved to melt the cheese. I would rather pay more for better then pay less to throw away.“

“I think I'm a little bit spoiled because I'm used to fast food being fast but I guess with this it's a little different but the wait is always substantial when I go to Mr heroes. It's good don't get me wrong and you get a lot of food for the price it's just it seems like it takes quite a while to make your food. But again probably spoiled because I'm used to drive-throughs. Good service good food greasy but good :)“
“I ordered sandwiches from Sam’s Club a week before I needed them for a funeral. I expected approximately 50 people. The day before the event, I stopped into Sam’s Club to confirm my order. At first, they couldn’t find the order. Then, after finding it, informed me that they had a staff shortage and couldn’t fulfill my full order. And the only reason they could fill it partially was because they were making those sandwiches anyway to go out in the refrigerator section. No empathy, no concern. Jimmy John’s came to the rescue! With only 24 notice. And BETTER sandwiches!! Thank you, Jimmy John’s!!“

“The food is good and the service is mostly good. However… The soda machine has tasted terrible for almost two years, especially the Diet Coke. It taste like straight carbonated water. We’ve told the staff each time we go in and they just shrug their shoulders. Fix it, or get a new machine! Also, with everyone in the world complaining about fresh water shortages, you would think they’d repair the mens bathroom sink hot water spigot. Like the soda machine, its been broken for two years. It is a constant stream. I would’ve thought the owner would repair it to save on his water bill…heck it’s only a $10 valve! But, just like the soda machine, the staff just shrugs their shoulders as if its no big deal. After telling the staff about both issues many times over the past two years, I thought posting it in a public forum would help motivate the owner in his repairs.“

“Couple of great people working together there, fast and efficient and got things done. It seemed like it was a happy place to work! Food is great as usual, and they went out of their way to get more tomatoes and make us feel like we were wanted!“

“It's all right.... Not anything else around to eat except pizza. Everything's fine - until there's a problem -- then an odd attitude comes out.Once, I got a "combo," but all she gave me was a drink & sandwich but no chips -- so an uncomfortable argument ensued (for no reason).Last time I was there, I found they now have an obtrusive cover for the products so you cannot visually see any of your options! There is no picture of the breads anymore, either; this wouldn't be a problem, but the bread choices are always changing.... Meh“

“The service was a 10/10 here! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. I have a gluten allergy - the staff working acknowledged that and made sure everything in my meal was entirely gluten-free. I appreciated seeing them wipe down their counter spaces, deli cutter, etc. to ensure there was no cross contamination in my food (which means the world to me). Everyone was in light spirits and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. My food was delicious. There wasn’t anything I’d want to change to my order - best sandwich I’ve had in a while!!! Definitely will be coming back here again!“

“The two employees working were friendly, and made my wrap quickly, but neatly. Veggies were full and fresh and the counter looked clean, assuming not a busy location. Employee explained that Subway got rid of tortilla wraps and do flatbread wraps now, and recommended me one, it was tasty! Dined in and the lobby was also very clean. Will return to this location!“

It was like stepping back in time to the nineties, when Subway was still doing it right. There was no pre-packaged doled out deli meat; they built my sandwich like they did back in the day by grabbing the meat and cheese and putting it on the sandwich.
A+++++, would highly recommend!

“I was headed to this Subway and my sugar fell into the 40's. My wife went rushing in to get me a drink to raise my sugar reading. The sweet cashier at the counter gave her a cup to get a pop and told her to get that to your husband so he doesn't pass out. We ate here and the food was great! When I was leaving I purchased a sub to take to my autistic son. The sub was around $12 but I gave her $40. I hope the little change made her day like she did mine. The point of this review, be good to everyone. Thanks again!“

“I am only giving 5 stars because of the young lady behind register. I hope Mattie (sorry if spelled wrong) is a mama get there. It was 855, I hate walking in just before close but my daughter cheers for Medina and they just got back from a game. They turned off the open sign but door was unlocked so I went in and they looked at me like I did something wrong. They did make sandwich but the shirt girl in back was not happy. Then someone came up to door and they had locked it priory to 9 again. And Mattie unlocked it, it was a pre paid order. Her level of calmness and desire to do her job are hard to find in businesses I have ran, your lucky to have her.“
