We showed up to place a large order for a funeral service with little notice. My thoughts were all over the place and the manager, Angela, couldn’t have been more helpful, patient, supportive, and kind. She didn’t rush me at all when I was trying to gather my thoughts about my order. She even reached out to me the next day to let me know that I do not need to worry about a thing and that she would deliver the order herself. jersey mike's is the BEST around, hands down. but the sandwich I paid $10 for last night was atrocious. dry overcooked and skinny 😭 for that price!? that sucked.
I was coming from the hospital after my husband was admitted to get him our favorite sandwich, it was kind of busy, and the young man took someone else’s order and forgot about me. The lady told him that I was next, and because I was kind of in a hurry and upset about my husband, he Quickly made mine. At the register he told me he was not going to Charge me!
