My thoughts were all over the place and the manager, Angela, couldn’t have been more helpful, patient, supportive, and kind. She didn’t rush me at all when I was trying to gather my thoughts about my order. She even reached out to me the next day to let me know that I do not need to worry about a thing and that she would deliver the order herself. The food showed up on time, and was very well received by all of the guests. This Medina location and Angela were angels. Highly recommend!“

However, the maintenance does not take orders as emergencies as our door knob is not working and continuously spins when we try to use it. We have been locked out of our apartment before. The office ladies are always very pleasant and love our dog, Cotton very much.“

It took a lil longer than expected so they gave us a free item for the wait then one of the things were messed up and they gave those to us and made us a new item as well as apologizing for it perfusly. The service was top notch, the employees were all very kind and welcoming and the food was incredible...
