“as a cuban i had such an amazing experience here!! the chef and waitress were so kind and came out to chat a few times, i felt right at home. :)) the restaurant plays classic cuban music and the vibe is so authentically cuban, it made my heart so full to see a restaurant of my culture!! the food was delicious and authentic, tastes just like my mom's cooking. i recommend the yuca en mojo and congri, the pollo asado was honestly delicious and my boyfriend got a pan con lechon that filled him up after only eating half!! great prices, great service, great people! patria y vida“

“I ordered my kid's birthday cake there, per traditional request. We know the flavor is always great but this year we were exceptionally impressed with how pretty it was! I'd requested extra writing and they nailed it and clearly put effort into the piping. They also did not scrimp on the fudgy crunch layer, as a different location did one year. Well done and thank you for adding so much to our celebration!“

“Fresh and good quality fast food. Fries are awesome and the service has always been quick even when it is busy.
Their app works very well and is location based so you can order farther ahead and still get fresh food.
All of the staff I have interacted with at this location have been super friendly and helpful.

“First time customers. We stopped to get a fish and shrimp dinner to share and take home. Everything was absolutely delicious especially the coleslaw which I’m usually very picky about. And the service was excellent. Very friendly people there.“

“Tiffany the manager is the best!! Chestnut commons Elyria. She went out of her way to make things right. I had accidentally ordered a pick up order while claiming my rewards. But I needed a delivery.

She had already left work for the day but came back just to deliver my order.

“This Arby's is one of the best ones in Northeast Ohio. The staff is Findlay. The food comes out so hot. It burns your mouth. The drinks are delicious. Somehow everything from this one is just better the way that they shave the roast beef. It's ultra thin and flaky and perfect. The ojus for the French dip is actually full. It's not a quarter cup like everywhere else and they have yet to mess up my order in the entire time that they've been there. Hey plus a plus 10 out of 10“

“I am not a fan of the newer design McDonald's restaurants. This is overall a pretty decent restaurant, food was what one would expect, service was okay but there is only one self-serve order kiosk inside, very little seating, has had the soda fountain removed... I hate drive-thru and rarely use them but its obvious McDonald's is pushing for drive-thru and mobile app ordering instead of in-restaurant dining.“

“I’m a brand new mom of a 2 month old. He hates his car seat, so I have him out of it carrying him around as often as I can. I walked in to pick up my order with baby in hand when a young man with dark curly hair lit up at the sight of my baby and went above and beyond by opening the door for us, carrying my order out to my car, and putting it in the passenger seat for me. He wasn’t weird about it, was just very thoughtful and seemed genuinely excited to help a young mom. I was floored at this kind of service from a restaurant like Papa John’s (we have had less consideration at nicer restaurants) and even more so from a young man! Please consider him for a raise and promotion. The food was as expected, but we will be returning here just because of the kind employees.“
