I'd requested extra writing and they nailed it and clearly put effort into the piping. They also did not scrimp on the fudgy crunch layer, as a different location did one year. “This Arby's is one of the best ones in Northeast Ohio. The staff is Findlay. The food comes out so hot. It burns your mouth. The drinks are delicious. Somehow everything from this one is just better the way that they shave the roast beef. It's ultra thin and flaky and perfect. The ojus for the French dip is actually full. It's not a quarter cup like everywhere else and they have yet to mess up my order in the entire time that they've been there. Hey plus a plus 10 out of 10“

“I’m a brand new mom of a 2 month old. He hates his car seat, so I have him out of it carrying him around as often as I can. I walked in to pick up my order with baby in hand when a young man with dark curly hair lit up at the sight of my baby and went above and beyond by opening the door for us, carrying my order out to my car, and putting it in the passenger seat for me. He wasn’t weird about it, was just very thoughtful and seemed genuinely excited to help a young mom. I was floored at this kind of service from a restaurant like Papa John’s (we have had less consideration at nicer restaurants) and even more so from a young man! Please consider him for a raise and promotion. The food was as expected, but we will be returning here just because of the kind employees.“

“I am not a fan of the newer design McDonald's restaurants. This is overall a pretty decent restaurant, food was what one would expect, service was okay but there is only one self-serve order kiosk inside, very little seating, has had the soda fountain removed... I hate drive-thru and rarely use them but its obvious McDonald's is pushing for drive-thru and mobile app ordering instead of in-restaurant dining.“

“I wanted to leave a review for Courtney, who I’ve seen working at both the North Ridgeville and Sheffield Village Pizza Hut locations. My girlfriend and I have interacted with her multiple times, and she consistently stands out.

She’s always friendly, asks the right questions to make sure everything is correct, and genuinely makes the experience feel welcoming. It’s not just routine customer service, she goes out of her way to be kind and personable.

I get the veggie filling on 9-grain, no cheese sometimes I toast but don’t like bothering them to do it. Sweet onion teriyaki sauce on the side. Filling and affordable when on the go. “Had a wonderful experience with this McDonald’s! Ordered a bulk order a few weeks in advance. In spite of them losing power for several hours today, they called to assure us that the order would be filled even if they had to go to a nearby McDs to complete it. Sure enough, the food was warm and ready for pickup at the correct time. Heather and Katie were both friendly and responsive. Thank you! I would recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.“

“Subway is a HUGE pregnancy craving but pregnant women aren’t supposed to eat (unheard) deli meat. I went in and asked the girls working if I could possibly get my meat on the side - a question that has often resulted in rude comments or a simple “no” - and, much to my surprise, they said yes!! They were so kind and told me they have to keep certain company standards (counting the meat to make sure I don’t more than I am paying for) but they are happy to help. Ever since then, I LOVE going in and visiting with my girls. So friendly and sweet and it makes me want to go to Subway even more than I already do 💚“

“Easily my favorite Chipotle in the area. I’ve been a frequent Chipotle goer for a long time and just like most people I’ve been to many different locations but this one always suits me well! The people are extremely friendly in the chipotlane and always great portions! Every once in awhile I’ll have a small portion of queso or some discoloration in my guacamole but definitely doesn’t prompt a bad review from me!“

“I absolutely love Erica h. The store is always clean when she is there. Her sandwiches are the absolut best. U can taste the love she puts into them. And It's so nice to go in some place and the employee is actually smiling, but not only does she always smiles most of the times she's singing along with the radio.“
