The last 2 times I visit this location my food was cold and definitely not fresh! I ordered a chicken sandwich and got a chicken tender on a bun.? I definitely will not return to this location again!
Nice employees but this location is pretty slow service
The North Ridgeville Arby's store is at times hard to take. We were there a few weeks ago and their slicer broke. As people entered the store, the employee told them straight out about the problem. It was still very odd to see the employees react to the upset customers. It was quite a show. Today one employee was yelling about all the sandwiches they made. Arby's in Westlake is a reliable fast-food option, with a consistent track record of accurate orders. The staff works hard and is friendly. The food comes out so hot and everything is made fresh to order. This Arby's is one of the best ones in Northeast Ohio, with great sandwich options like a great chicken sandwich and the French dip with full au jus. They finally brought the potato cakes back, which are much better than fries.
