I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional customer service I received at Wendy’s, specifically from Emma and Amir.

Both of them went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They were friendly, welcoming. It’s not every day that you encounter employees who make such a noticeable difference in a simple fast-food visit, but Emma and Amir truly did.
