Nobody at the counter, had to wait to order, fries were cold and had to be replaced. Store looks dirty. No business for 1230 pm on Sunday tellse this place is not a very good Wendy'

This location has a major leadership issue that the management team and owner need to fix. Let me explain. I am a resident of North Ridgeville, and my wife and I, along with our two 4 year olds were on our way to Monster Jam in downtown Cleveland. We decided to stop at Wendy’s to get some food for the ride. The total for our order was around $27. The drive through experience was fine and we actually received our food quickly. Just straight up pathetic. The coke tasted like everything in the fountain, the Dr pepper tasted like straight syrup no carbonation. Went to just try the new pretzel baconator and they gave me a chicken sandwich? Like what the hell how hard is it to take an order and make said order.
