I was hoping to grab some food and coffee while my car was getting serviced at Conrads. The drive through was open but all doors were locked. Sign says they open at 7:30 AM. It's 9:30 AM. No one at the register to even wave at. Why wait on customers if you can lock the doors I guess...

This location has a major leadership issue that the management team and owner need to fix. Let me explain. I am a resident of North Ridgeville, and my wife and I, along with our two 4 year olds were on our way to Monster Jam in downtown Cleveland. We decided to stop at Wendy’s to get some food for the ride. The total for our order was around $27. The drive through experience was fine and we actually received our food quickly. Upon exiting the drive through, my wife began distributing the food. She quickly realized we were missing a 4 piece nugget, so I parked the car and went inside. This is when the poor leadership was on full display. I politely explained I was missing a 4 piece nugget and provided my receipt. Both employees I interacted with treated me like I was trying to get something free. One employee even had the audacity to call me a liar. My time is way more valuable than $1 4 piece nugget. I have never had such a horrid and insulting customer service experience in my life. I don’t blame the individual staff members because it is evident there is minimal or no leadership provided. Don’t spend your hard earned money at this location.

Just straight up pathetic. The coke tasted like everything in the fountain, the Dr pepper tasted like straight syrup no carbonation. Went to just try the new pretzel baconator and they gave me a chicken sandwich? Like what the hell how hard is it to take an order and make said order.

I went through the drive thru with my wife. I was really looking forward to the Loaded Nacho Chicken Sandwich. When we got home, and I unwrapped the sandwich, it was loaded alright, with the longest human hair I think I have ever seen…when I tried calling the restaurant to get it sorted out, no one picked up the phone. I had to resort to call Customer Service, and I am still waiting on my refund for the order. We probably won’t be coming back here again…

Just went thru the drive thru & I’m getting very tired at how rude the workers are at this store. I keep giving them another chance but this is the 3rd time in a row I was met with rude workers. Maybe I expect more because of being a customer service worker myself but the way the workers treat the customers make me not want to come here anymore & I know I would be fired from my job if I treated customers the way the drive-thru workers treat their customers. I kept coming back because the weekday shift lead is amazing, but the drive-thru workers are extremely rude which is making it harder to want to come back to this store.
