“Had a wonderful experience with this McDonald’s! Ordered a bulk order a few weeks in advance. In spite of them losing power for several hours today, they called to assure us that the order would be filled even if they had to go to a nearby McDs to complete it. Sure enough, the food was warm and ready for pickup at the correct time. Heather and Katie were both friendly and responsive. Thank you! I would recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.“

“The staff were very communicative and thorough. Ryan specifically is a wonderful employee who had a full-fledged conversation with me in the short time I waited for my food to be made, which was extremely fresh!
Ryan didn’t treat me like “just another customer” and provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond and you don’t find customer service like that anymore these days!“

“Great Dave's burger and fries. They had the restaurant locked up due to Covid I'm sure so my coupon didn't work as it was for pickup inside only. Really nice girl at the drive-thru went ahead and gave me the free large fries. Appreciated the great customer service!! The exceptional service, and the great food is what brings me back to the North Ridgeville, Ohio Wendy's!Thanks Wendy's!!“
