Their app works very well and is location based so you can order farther ahead and still get fresh food.
All of the staff I have interacted with at this location have been super friendly and helpful.

“This and Handles make Northeast Ohio one of the best places in the country for ice cream. I love almost everything about Mitchell's ice cream! Their variety of exotic flavors are incredibly rich and creamy. From banana cream pie to wild berry crumble, it is ALMOST all INCREDIBLE! The only exception is their chocolate - I feel like it does not stack up next to anything else they have.

Anyway, I highly recommend Mitchell's ice cream and this location has easy parking, too!“

“In 1985 Prince wrote the song “Nothing compares 2 U.” In 1990, Sinéad O'Connor traveled to the future to party like its 1999. While visiting she tried Mitchell’s ice cream. She was so impressed that when she returned to 1990 she remade the song in Mitchell’s honor. Thank God for time travel. Jolly good show!

Again, it's not because there's any things I would say that would make someone not go, just not my kind of place. “This is the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The outdoor seating is amazing. It’s like a time capsule from the 50s or something. The putt putt course needs a renovation but is still really fun. Nice driving range in back if you are into that. Food typical to DQ, not my fav but I’ll be back with my kid for the overall vibe.“
