“I asked for extra peanut butter in my peanut butter milkshake, and the team lead at the register listened to me.Sounds like a simple request, but this is the first time any Dairy Queen has done that for me and I truly appreciated it.Thank you.“
“Vegan bakery in Lakewood and it's one of the best bakeries in the area (and I'm not vegan), but WOW, are their products tasty. I personally love their cookies and their cake by the slice. You read that right, you can buy cake by the slice. They will also do fun specials throughout the year that never disappoint. Plus service is always top notch. Must go to bakery when you are in Lakewood.Vegetarian options: All vegan bakery“
“I came in for the first time just yesterday, and it did not disappoint!! The chicken shawarma wrap was so good that I ordered a second one, and the crepe was divine!! The sauces that came with it on the side were INCREDIBLE! The owner and all associates I encountered were wonderful and friendly. I have been thinking about it all day because it was so delicious- can’t wait to return! You definitely need to try this if you haven’t yet!“
“Great everything every time we walk, bike, or drive to this location! Thanks for always having friendly faces and the best ice cream ever. Also love how many vegan flavors they’re adding as that covers on both vegan needs and those with lactose intolerance! 2-in-1.Only complaint to Mitchell’s overall is tiramisu should be a year round flavor but no need to doc points for that!! ?“
“If you love a good burger. The price is a bit high but the taste and service makes up for it. Have to say i was impressed. Thumbs up.Vegetarian options: Not for me but they do carry a vegan meal ..Parking: Plenty of roomKid-friendliness: Easy going environmentWheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance easy-to-use“
“My absolutely favorite place. We come here often with our Jeep club and always have lot of fun. Kids taking pictures and seeing our Jeep Family. And the ice cream is the best.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it the fish tanks and the sea horses bring out the joy in their eyes.“
“Some of the best ice cream around. Milkshakes are great too. I only have 2 complaints, 1 is they are almost always busy(which is a good sign) but they do get through the line quick while being friendly. And 2, the milkshake only come in one size. Overall would highly recommend stopping in to get some “
“Update: went in tonight and got the strawberry shortcake....omg. so VERY good!!! 3 stars changed to 5!Very busy, friendly staff, but could not find 1 flavor that I liked that week. Ended up getting the mint brownie. Way too much mint on it for me. Cookie looks amazing though. Will try again a different week and update review.“
“Love the icream. The place is clean. my toddler thinks it is a magical place since it has an active train going around in the ceiling.Love their seasonal ice cream !Waffle is freshly made every day, and yes, it is not a place where you can get a cheap ice cream“
“Great little neighborhood ice cream shop. Great tasting ice cream and great prices. The owner/ operators are polite and helpful. Started going last year 2021 and been there alot so far this summer lol. I think he knows my van by now ?. But kids love it too . Always ask to go . Looking for good people prices and ice cream in the area check them out .“
“I stopped here on my way out of town. It is probably a good thing I didn't know about it the whole week I was there HA!Wish I could remember the lady's name, but she was super friendly and helpful and she was able to make me an absolutely perfect version of what I wanted, even though it wasn't exactly on the menu. It brought back so many good memories of a shake shop in my hometown.Looking forward to coming in again when I am back in town. Superb service and deliiiiiicious frozen custard!“
“Stopped today to grab some icecream for the family. We absolutely love this place! They are doing a wonderful job with costumer service and quality. If you haven’t been here yet, you are missing out. The banana split is my fav!! Minus the pineapple of course. ?“
“My parents brought my sister and Into Malley’s in Lakewood after school events, starting around 1958. So, I’m now 72. Yup, 65 years of Malley’s treats! My Dad’s favorite : Black and Whites! Also my favorite. Also my 2 son’s favorite! Although Superman was my daughter’s and son’s favorites also! My Mom’s favorite was a hot fudge sundae, as is my wife’s! My Dad was Mr. Malley’s Sr.’s personal car mechanic! Lakewood store was my home base, then North Olmsted with my kids! Just love the ambiance of both! Lakewood changed inside a lot! North Olmsted had changes also but still has the carrousel still goes around! My wife just got home, she brought me some dark chocolate covered pretzels! See ya…. ??“
“It’s not bad for a cookie shop. I’m glad that they finally added one in Lakewood, I don’t have to travel to Westgate now. What I like about this place is how they seem to switch up their menu every week. Regardless of what the offerings may be, the cookies always taste great, no complaints there. Friendly staff, clean store, not much else you can ask forParking: There’s parking on the street, but those spots might be taken. If they are taken, you can always park in the back parking lot, or on a side road“
“I love this place, i go here all the time and own a washer and dryer but for 30.00 i can knock out allll the clothes at one time in their super loader and awesome dryers. The only thing i can say is people with animals really ruin the dryers because my blankets came out smelling like dog piss !“
“We have always enjoyed Crumbl as a family but the service here is above and beyond...one employee in particular bent over backwards to help us. Randy is a total rock star and puts the customer first, I'm not sure what's sweeter, the cookies or the service we received! I hope his managers see this review because he spent half an hour making sure my son was able to get exactly what he wanted for his birthday party.“
“Great atmosphere and great coffee. Also, there was a young man that came in and played the piano. He was not part of a scheduled performance but he was extremely talented. I was told he comes is from time to time to practice. Come in for a cup and if your a lucky, a great show.“
“Delightful little ice cream shop. They serve Tofts, which is an Ohio classic. You can get favorites like chocolate/vanilla swirl soft serve, or my favorite, a cherry dip cone. There are a few picnic tables and benches and zero inside seating. Also note they are cash only. Very friendly young ladies working at the window. Parking can be a challenge as there aren't many spots due to the location on a busy corner.“
“Excellent place for those edible birthday or Christmas gifts. Staff are very helpful, and usually you can have someone take you around and make recommendations one-on-one. Upon request they will also wrap your purchase with your choice of wrapping paper from their selection. Always a seamless, pleasant experience at this location.“
“We missed banana ice cream month. When we went in all I wanted was the banana. Haley, the girl at the counter, went above and beyond to try to help! She made a banana milk shake added extra bananas to make it taste just like the ice cream. All the girls were super sweet and friendly! As always, the ice cream was delicious.“
“the store is mostly ran by those in high school. i doubt there's more than 2 people there over the age of 18. that said, these girls are working very hard and are treated very poorly by customers. they do a very great job here and i've not once been disappointed in my food. even seeing lines out the door, i'm waiting for max 8 minutes before someone takes my order. the chutzpah some of you older people and middle aged moms have to yell at these 15 year olds that your blizzard wasn't fast enough. they get it to you in like 2 minutes, relax pricks.“
“It was my first time coming here, actually first time going to any nutrition place like this. The staff were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about what was on the menu. They walked me through the process on how the shake, tea combos work. I will definitely be back to try out another drink or two. Thanks for a good experience.“
“In all honesty…I was out with my dad shopping and we stopped in for some ice cream. I, watching my fat intake and full from lunch still, was not really up for dessert yet…I did order a small scoop of salted Carmel chocolate truffle. My good peeps that have made it this far…if at all you are looking for some great creamy sugary deliciousness in a fall fashion that is not just pumpkin, get it. It is rich, strong in flavor and the chocolate truffle bites though large are perfect. My dad ordered butter pecan and just loved the way the nuts were still crispy with great flavor though he would tell you that the ice cream itself was lacking the great flavor of Howard Johnson’s had in their ice cream. Great visit. Good people.“
“The people working there are fantastic and incredibly helpful. The website charged me money to order online but the order wasn’t there and there was overall just a bunch of issues with the order going thru. But the people working there where very helpful and nice to me every step of the way thru the confusion.“
“We went to Railroad Brewing Company for lunch and went over to Coco’s for a gelato dessert. The gelato was excellent. I had raspberry and my husband and daughter had the strawberry cheesecake. It was $5 for a decent size cup. I would definitely recommend.“
“They sell buckeyes in multiple size packs!I didn't realize how challenging it would be to buy buckeyes in Ohio. Here you can get them from a 4 pack to a half box to a full box. They also have lots of other chocolates to choose from. You can get individual pieces to different mixtures in a box. When we arrived, the employee gave us a sample of a chocolate covered pretzel. It was a big pretzel, not the small bite sized ones. She was very friendly and helpful! We will be back again on our next visit out here.“
“There is a reason people love this chocolate made in Cleveland. Locals know. People who moved love it for gifts. If you want a handmade chocolate this is the place to get it or a gift for a woman or man.. I highly recommend this place. Made a good friend smile and cry when I got a small gift from here.“
“Love their candy and the ice cream is good too! Favorite candy is Billy Bob's, chocolate covered almonds and chocolate covered mini pretzels that you can only get during Christmas! A few stores still have an ice cream parlor and it's worth a visit. Some people rave about their hot fudge topping being the absolute best and it's good but many others are as good or better.“
“The Parma, Sprague Rd location is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The staff works very efficiently together to get the orders out! We have the lunch meal occasionally and are never disappointed! We also do drive- thru often and our order is done right. The staff always is smiling and seem glad they are a team working in harmony!“
“Love their ice cream! Love all the variety! I’ve never been disappointed in service or quality! But someone please tell the boss to replace the intercom in the drive thru. I always feel so bad for the employees, they can never hear the customers and have to ask us to repeat ourselves a lot.“
“Abbey and Veronica are wonderful people. On my daily patrol at Cleveland Hopkins International AirPort , I stop in to grab a coffee and to talk with them. Not only are they professional, but awesome as well. My go to is a Mocha with oat milk and an extra shot of expresso. They do it just right. Stop in if you are flying in, or flying out and meet these wonderful ladies, and have one of their many delicious selections of specialty drinks!“
“We had our first visit here last Saturday after one of thebkids sports games. I've never eaten at a Culver's and was completely unprepared for everything you can get here. Burgers, salads, chicken, sides galore, and their pre-packaged pints of frozen custard. It was delicious all of it. You can't go wrong whatever you “
“Met Sara the owner here. Such a nice conversant woman. Knows how to make great ice cream and Egg salad. Nice friendly place for conversation and also meetings. Has great teas, coffee, sandwiches and as I said homemade ice cream. Lovely imported cookies, crackers and sunderous eatables. Also has gifts for sale in store. Store hard to spot, but a great meeting place for friends or business people to meet. Impressive best kept secret in Bay Village.Vegetarian options: Has good tuna and egg saladKid-friendliness: No kids when I was there, but lots of area to spread out in the restaurant.“
