The team immediately greets you upon arrival rather than making you wait awkwardly, setting a warm tone for the visit. Ordering ahead for takeout was seamless, with the entire meal promptly prepared and ready to go on time. Every single bite was divine, fresh, and bursting with flavor. Highly recommend the sweet potato fries are a must-try if you love a sweet-and-salty crunch.

“One day I met a woman who was housebound. She was donating to our charity and we went to her home.
She said she dreamed of Mitchell's.
Mitchell's? What is this?
So we went and got her ice cream.
Skip forward 10 years and I chase the taste. It's like legal crack. The dark chocolate used in all of the chunk flavors is indescribable good. It melts in your mouth.
Pair the raspberry and coffee chocolate chunk for an experience.
Just be prepared for those late night cravings. It's at least a 30 minute drive for us. And it happens frequently. 🦄🍨🍦“

“This and Handles make Northeast Ohio one of the best places in the country for ice cream. I love almost everything about Mitchell's ice cream! Their variety of exotic flavors are incredibly rich and creamy. From banana cream pie to wild berry crumble, it is ALMOST all INCREDIBLE! The only exception is their chocolate - I feel like it does not stack up next to anything else they have.

Anyway, I highly recommend Mitchell's ice cream and this location has easy parking, too!“

“I wish I could say I recommend this place because it was a tradition to go here at Easter time and grab chocolate crosses and bunnies. After leaving the store this weekend with such a small amount of different chocolates for 33.00 dollars I was so disappointed. I shared the photo and price with a couple friends and even they were shocked. It's really sad how extremely high a small amount is. I just wish the customer was kept in mind a little more when these prices get so hicked up. There was a second pretzel candy bar of no charge (BOGO) not pictured.“

Again, it's not because there's any things I would say that would make someone not go, just not my kind of place. Last week however, (not the workers fault though) online it said on Tuesday (very early like 3am) that they still had the biscoff Dubai brownie (sometimes they have them leftover from previous week) but I ordered it online for pick up in morning…. Mind you getting Dubai anything costs an extra $1.50… I ordered 3 & when I got there they told me that they didn’t have it bc it was for previous week. Every other store online didn’t have it online shown but they did. I ended up picking 2 cookies that weren’t anything I wanted but I never got refunded or anything. I spent an extra 4.50 for the Dubai brownie but was still owed $ for the other one I didn’t get. Super bummed“
