“We love Mitchell's ice cream, so we decided to use their catering service for our wedding dessert (perfect for the August heat!). We worked with Tiara, who was the absolute best. She helped us customize our order and answered all of our questions very promptly. We chose the pre-scooped option for convenience, and those were some generous scoops! We ordered the cookies & cream, campfire s'mores, and lemon sorbet flavors, and they were all delicious. All of our guests loved the ice cream, and it was really fun to introduce our out-of-state friends to Mitchell's.“

“A great little ice cream treat shop! This isn’t a standard get your scoop of ice cream from behind the counter place but the treat quality and owner are both wonderful. Lots of pre-made treats ready for carry out. My favorite is the homemade drumsticks!“

“Oh man was this good. I needed a cold, refreshing scoop of ice cream to go along with the chilly influx of colder temperatures in northern Ohio.
Handel's delivered and did not disappoint. Sarah was awesome and funny and dished out some Cinnamon Graham Cracker ice cream that I'm now going to have to duplicate at home. You were right, Sarah....it DOES taste like a scooby snack!!!

“We visited and had a smoothie and a brownie Sundae. My daughter said she was still thinking about how good the smoothie was 24 hours later. My sundae was also delicious. The staff was super friendly. Definitely will visit again if we are in Cleveland

“My husband used to go here in the summers as a kid and was forever in search of anything as good as their orange blossom ice cream. We finally got around to visiting this time when we were in Ohio, and the look on his face when he tried the ice cream again was pure happiness. I can also confirm that there is nothing like it I have ever tasted. Delicious ice cream, friendly staff, good parking, plenty of seating.... What more could you want?“

“This was my first visit and I must say that my experience was overall positive!
The dessert was delicious and the customer service was great! The only negative for me is the parking. Unfortunately there is no parking lot for this business, only street parking which is not the most convenient depending on the time of day.“

“I stopped in earlier this evening, they were SO busy but the grab and go cooler was still stocked up. There was a girl who came over to suggest items and help us choose. She knew prices on everything and helped us get the best deal for our needs. The cashier was really nice, the guys behind the counter and running orders outside were really nice, too. “Super fun ice cream shop! Plenty of flavors and I liked the seating area, with swings or regular chairs. (I liked my butter pecan, coffee and cake batter!)
On the tables are sheets of paper where you’re invited to draw using crayon. ?️ Artwork is also hung up on the walls! Good for a date night or with family.“

So waste of my time but I found your gem of a place. Make sure you delete this lol!! “This ice cream is so creamy and delicious. I love how they have their own little logo chocolate pieces. They put on all the cones like the cherry on top. Definitely recommend the cookie monster ice cream. You can never go wrong with something that will put a smile on your face when you see the eyes ? they put on. 10/10

I went back today for a coffee. I must say it was absolutely the best cup I have had in a while. They have other items and ice cream too. Very cozy atmosphere and plenty of seating and good parking area.

“I have ordered two custom cakes within the last two weeks. First one was an edible image cake and the order was taken very last minute but they were very accommodating and very kind, great service. Second cake I ordered was a design I sent of inspiration for the cake and it was executed to perfection. The second cake was absolutely amazing, and couldn’t ask for anything better. Cake decorator is amazing!! Staff are all so kind, polite, and the atmosphere is great every time I come in and every time I call!“
