Absolutely hands down the best ice cream parlor in Cleveland
There is a reason they have multiple stores. Handels has the best customer service and the best Ice cream. They switched over ice cream for the season and I missed out on getting one last pint of the Pink Lemonade, I called and they told me they might still have some of the sour candy pieces left that are in the ice cream, not only did they take care of me on a couple sides, they did it through a doordash and wrote...read full review
