“My boyfriend saw a video on Facebook about another customer doing a review and shared it to me and we both agreed we had to try this place…. Did NOT disappoint!!! I had the BLT and he had the chef’s choice wraps. Mine had a bunch of flavor to the sauce. It was really good He said his was spicy not too spicy. We both had the cannoli chips and OMG!!!!! Soo good. Very dangerous 😉! You will get hooked!! We will be back!”

“We had Old Carolina cater our wedding this last Saturday (2.24.24) at Lake Affect Studios in Cleveland, OH and we cannot thank the staff enough. We opted for a buffet option which worked out so well. We are still getting compliments on how delicious the food was. When we were thinking about food for our wedding, I knew I wanted a barbecue buffet! Once we saw they were on the preferred list of vendors for Lake Affect Studios it was a no brainer and we went with them as our first choice. We used to love eating at Old Carolina when they had a restaurant in Mentor, OH. Kelsey was so helpful in answering all of my questions leading up to wedding day, and assisting with the set up the day before. They did an amazing job keeping everyone fed and the staff was friendly and efficient. They let us take home left over food and we were able to enjoy the barbecue even after our big day. “We had Mario cater our small wedding last week. He went above and beyond to make the our guests happy with his delicious food! All of our guests raved about the dinner provided for them. Many said it was the best food they have had at a wedding. Mario gave us exactly what we asked for and elevated his food with the love he has for cooking. “We hosted our wedding reception at Tartine, though “reception” almost undersells it. We wanted a cocktail party that happened to be our wedding celebration: 80 loved ones, no tables, no assigned seats, no formal program.

Tartine nailed it.

The team was so genuinely attentive the entire night. They learned the names of our key family members, and made everyone feel like they were being looked after personally. We also had some folks with menu and physical accommodations which Tartine handled effortlessly. That level of care, across 80 guests, is so so rare.

The setup came together exactly as we’d envisioned without any hand-holding on our end, and the food and drinks were genuinely exceptional.

We were blown away from planning to the actual party, but the real proof came the next morning when we got dozens of unprompted texts from friends calling out the food, the drinks and the PEOPLE.

We already loved Tartine for dinner, so bringing everyone we love together felt like being at home. We recommend them without a single hesitation.”

“Me and my husband have been looking for a new spot for a pizza restaurant for a while now I came across old-school pizza on Google and we decided to go there tonight. I got a small deluxe pizza. My Husband had the meatball sub with chips. We both each got the whole salad. I had blue cheese dressing on mine and their blue cheese dressing is amazing. I think it’s the best I’ve ever Had. My deluxe pizza was really good. The pepperoni on the pizza is amazing. It’s really big pieces and makes for great flavor. My husband’s meatball sandwich was excellent as well. Service was fantastic from the time we walked in to the time we left we had a very friendly kind waitress who was very attentive. She said she normally works at the Avon Lake one so we hope to see you again because this is the closest one for us in Rocky River. I know we’ll be back probably most every Friday night or Saturday night. Kudos to all.”

“I traveled up from to visit this place Becuase my darling little grandkids said they love the brunch offered here, I was a little nervous Becuase I’m not a big restaurant diner let alone brunch. However the hosting staff and our amazing server were able to offer a level of southern hospitality (without the southern part😂) that I didn’t think you could get up around these parts!
