This is a review for the Rocky River location.
The service is good and they always make my smoothie exactly how I want it.
I can not say the same for other locations. They can be hit or miss.
In general I love Smoothie King. But staff turn over means the quality and correctness of your order may vary.
Rocky River usually has an experienced staff member there to guarantee they get it right.
Everyone is always so friendly! The place is very clean and they are super fast!!
