“We had Old Carolina cater our wedding this last Saturday (2.24.24) at Lake Affect Studios in Cleveland, OH and we cannot thank the staff enough. We opted for a buffet option which worked out so well. We are still getting compliments on how delicious the food was. When we were thinking about food for our wedding, I knew I wanted a barbecue buffet! Once we saw they were on the preferred list of vendors for Lake Affect Studios it was a no brainer and we went with them as our first choice. We used to love eating at Old Carolina when they had a restaurant in Mentor, OH. Kelsey was so helpful in answering all of my questions leading up to wedding day, and assisting with the set up the day before. They did an amazing job keeping everyone fed and the staff was friendly and efficient. They let us take home left over food and we were able to enjoy the barbecue even after our big day. “great for dates and gatherings a-like, tartine does traditional french cuisine justice. they feature an entirely separate vegan menu, including brunch with crepes and more for dessert. if you have room, the creme brulee isn't to be missed. in the past, my favorite has been the "steak" salad and french onion soup. with a seasonal menu, old favorites can be lost, but this also means that there's always something to look forward to.“

“Booked the Gondola for a date night & it was a fun experience! It was nice to have our own little piece of ‘Vail' in Cleveland. They added a little space heater and 4 blankets (one for each person in the gondola). Overall, it was a fun experience and a different way to have a meal. Invited another couple to join us and the space still didn't feel to cramped! Downside - as a vegan they didn't have the Vegan gyro meat to make the wrap and the Brussels are labeled as vegan - but they are made in a shared fryer - so they are not vegan.“

“Went there today at around 530 there were two young men working we ordered a Philly cheese steak and a chicken teriyaki wrap and it was amazing worth the 30 dollars we spent and great customer service from both men , we also got large fries and boy were they well worth it. “Just had the best meal! Food was AMAZING and the service was outstanding. We got the cauliflower bites appetizer and it was so flavorful I could have eaten it for my main dish. My husband got chicken parmesan (it was a huge portion and the breading was phenomenal). My mother got chicken picatta, so tender. My meal (avocado and chicken flatbread) came literally 2 minutes after theirs, they apologized and gave it for free. They did not need to, it was only two minutes and it was worth the wait😋. We put the free meal into the tip and the waitress tried to refuse saying the tip was too much. Absolutely not, the food and the service justified it! We live in Elyria and I will be recommending Burntwood Tavern to anyone who asks for referrals! Thanks for a great Easter meal!!!“
