“New Favorite Italian Spot! We came here for my brother’s rehearsal dinner, and wow—Matteo’s absolutely blew us away! My husband and I loved everything we had: the lemon chicken was tender and flavorful, the Alfredo cavatelli was creamy perfection, and the sausage and meatballs were just incredible. Honestly, I can’t even pick a favorite—they were all that good. The bread and butter? Probably the best we’ve ever had. The cozy, old-town vibe of the location just added to the charm, and the service was top-notch. You can really feel the care and warmth of a true mom-and-pop Italian place. We’ve officially found our new go-to spot. If you’re a fan of Italian food and great hospitality, do yourself a favor and check out Matteo’s!“

“Love this place! Great ambiance inside. Nice outdoor patio overlooking the river, but it was too cold to enjoy for our visit. The food was delicious and the waitress was very friendly and helpful! We will return to eat on that patio when warmer weather permits“

“Never been here , came here with My step dad, immediately the atmosphere was so cute and rustic. Bartender Ricky was as phenomenal. Cheese meat plater was 10/10. All and all an amazing time can’t wait to come back!“

“A few things I noticed were: 1. If you plan on going to the establishment on a busy night you will need to make a reservation because their seating area is a little small but allows for a more romantic atmosphere. However my wife and I choose to go on a Sunday night which didn't require a reservation. 2. Their homemade dipping sauces for myself were a little plaid except for the one that was just extremely spicy.“

“It’s impossible to say how good it is there. The food is always top notch. Any item on the menu is executed with care and technical skill. The service is always fantastic. A neurologist friend took me here many years ago as a graduation celebration from nursing school. I’ve been coming back ever since, and I’ve never had a disappointment for a night or meal. She was missing the foods from her home, and a true Spanish restaurant is hard to find. A friend said he heard about Sangria Y Tapas so we immediately changed our plans and headed to Westlake. She smiled the entire time we were there and spoke Spanish with the owner a mile a minute. She said it did her heart good and the food was truly Spanish. The service was spectacular! We will definitely be crossing over to the west side to visit this fabulous establishment again!“

“Hatfield's is our most favorite restaurant for brisket, fresh-cut fries, onion rings, outstanding mac and cheese, sloppy Joe's, burgers and ribs. We get the same things all the time because they're delicious. I take my family and friends and everyone loves it!! I walk in and they usually know my order. Friendly service, clean, nice atmosphere, and very good food!! The owner does come around to make sure your satisfied with everything, which really was impressive to us. We dine in as well as carry-out and highly recommend this restaurant for excellent southern comfort food!!“

The schnitzel, mashed potatoes, stuffed cabbage, paprikash, Slovenian sausage. Quality ingredients, fresh, perfectly seasoned and prepared. You can tell the people making your food do it with a passion.
Every time I am in Cleveland, I will absolutely make the drive, no matter where I am staying. Places like this are what made Cleveland and should be cherished and respected.“

“I recently had a party catered on 4/13/24 by the North Royalton location. I just want to start off by saying everything was great! From the time I ordered it a week prior and working with Tina, to the delivery service being on time and the food hot and ready. Wonderful service! People were raving about the food, especially the fried chicken. We were a little bit past their delivery area, but they still delivered to us. I would recommend Mama Julianne’s Pizza for everyday and catering needs!“

“We came in on a Thursday night as a large family, as we were all in town for a family event… there were about 20 of us. Their seating rules weren’t very clear as we talked to a few different people and seemed to get a slightly different story each time. It wasn’t a very big deal though, we hung out in the bar area for about an hour and then got a couple of tables hear each other where we all sat.

The menu is really nice, loaded with so many appetizing things! I wanted to start with a side salad and ordered that, but unfortunately it never came. I did get their spicy French dip, which was a special and it was decent. The onion rings were amazing, so were their baked beans. Service was decent for a group our size.
