Vito is a hottie
the most authentic True Sugu I have had anywhere in the USA! Sugu is just how the Real Italians make SAUCE. They cook it down for many hours. Pasta is Aldente (firm) the way it should be, and they'll make it firmer if you prefer. It reminds me of my Aunt and Uncles Italian Resturant from years ago Mama Guciardos!
