Since when is it ok to charge a service fee of 20% $(27.48)we did not notice it and left a $20 tip. Later I was wondering why the bill was $175.88 for four adults and one toddler. Never again this is ridiculous!
Horrible service our server was constantly on her phone while serving us food and I was charged a service fee of 15%
Since when they charged the service fee for a party of 4? I know some restaurants have this policy for party over of 6,8,10 etc...., but for a party of 4? Really? Plus the tip is optional not required, I'm been there many times I love the food and I always had good service till today, the service was rude and terrible
