“The last time I had Mexican food this good I was in Cozumel eating at the home of a local. Everything here tastes incredibly fresh and authentic. Not one thing reminded me of a chain restaurant, this is the real thing. The food is made by people who know how it should taste. On this visit I had a carnitas quesadilla and the meat was tender and tasty, the tortilla perfectly crunchy. The service was fast but not rushed, friendly and helpful, gracious. Kudos to the team putting out food of this quality that is also affordable. A meal here will not only fill you up, but you might leave with enough for a late-night snack, too. Oh yeah, don't miss the Flan - I got one to go since I was stuffed from dinner. Thank you!“

“My family had our flight from Vegas to Tampa canceled and had to divert to Cleveland for an all day layover. We discovered Currito restaurant in the airport. First it was the protein shake. Then we had a burrito and bowl with chicken and options. It was seriously the best tasting and healthiest I’ve ever had! Protein and Vitamin blast shakes tasted awesome with natural ingredients and low or no sugar. Seriously so much better than Chipotle/Jamba Juice/Smoothie King combined. Prices reasonable. Staff very friendly. Food set up super clean. Not expected for airport setting! Funny thing is that Chik Filet and Shake Shack was crowded and we had no line for currito. People go to the mediocre big box places and miss out on quality maybe because of lack of name recognition? If there are no Currito restaurants near Sarasota Florida I hope you will open one!!“

“Such a great coffee shop! The Cafe de Olla is amazing, and the empanadas and guava rolls were equally as impressive! To top it off, the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I mentioned that I had kids, and she took the time out of her day to show me around the building and told me all about the art museum’s exhibits (the cafe currently shares a space with the Cleveland Art Museum’s Community Arts Center) that she thought my kids might enjoy. “When I think of Mexican food I often think of tacos and burritos. But today I got to try authentic food with my Mexican friend. We went to Casa Luchitas at Shaker Square. My friend introduced me to Ensalada de Nopal (cactus salad), Queso Fundido (chorizo with melted cheese), and Flautas (flour tortillas with shredded beef). I also had the Tres Leches cake. Everything I tried tasted different than anything I had before since a lot of restaurants are Americanized. The food was very good and the service was excellent. I suggest that you try this restaurant if you get the chance.“

“I had the tings chicken quesadilla and the chicken was flavorful but a little dry. The horchata was very good.

I need to try some of there tacos! The prices are reasonable if not cheap (compared to just about anywhere else).

“It is an honor for me to have been a part of this family. I really enjoyed every entre that I tried and every drink that I drank. I only once had a bad experience with a waiter and this was corrected. I appreciate the loving kindness from the owners and waitresses and waiters. They were always enjoyable to be around and friendly to speak with. I am appreciative for their generosity in how they treated me every time I came into the establishment. It is going to be a great disappointment for me that they will not be in florida when I move down there in a weeks time. I wish to thank them deeply for everything they have done for me to help me and Saint Rocco parish and school.
