“I just wanna say everytime I come in here, I HAVE. A lovely time and the staff are understanding and kind.
I wish customers would stop making issues or complaints about their poor attitude towards these workers.
It’s not only rude and disrespectful but it’s simply annoying for me as a customer to sit there and listen to someone complain or be upset about some food. I wish customers had better attitudes towards staff. I do and never have any problems.
It is always ILLEGAL to take pictures of people without permission, and then posting them online to a store. Unacceptable.

“The food is excellent! I specifically recommend the Guacamole Loreto w/roasted corn as an appetizer, and Carnitas La Rumorosa as an entree. That entree is easily enough for two meals, maybe three. And this drink! El Verde: Basil puree, freshly squeezed orange and lime juice, sea salt, and Silver Mezcal. Also worth mentioning, they gladly made a plain/simple "just cheese" quesadilla, and they were overall kind about my kid being... a kid.“

“The prices are the same as most other Mexican-themed restaurants, maybe a little bit cheaper. Serving portions are good sized. 1 plate can definitely feed two people. Food is very tasty, margaritas are excellent. Service was absolutely phenomenal!“

“The grocery store has authentic Latin American products that I could not find anywhere else in the area. Ordered steak plate from restaurant and it was also authentic and delicious. Real Latinx flavors. Highly recommend. El supermercado tiene productos Latinoamericanos que no pude encontrar en el area (totopos El Milagro, queso panela, paletas, pupusas, etc). Ordenamos una carne asada del restaurant y aliño estuvo delicioso.“

“First time visiting Qdoba and I must say I was impressed. The staff at this location were friendly, upbeat, and professional. Shout out to Frank, the manager. When he heard this was my first visit, he came out and introduced himself and told me all about the Rewards program. He encouraged me to download the app and sign up. Ne'Vaeh Zhayshon is simply adorable. She laughed at my corny jokes and suggested I try the Queso, which I absolutely love! It was such a great vibe interacting with these two individuals. I will definitely come back to this location.“

“We had a great experience here! The build-your-own bowl/burrito/etc experience is similar to chipotle/qdoba, except the quality, taste, and staff are so much better. The price is also the same if not better! There was also an excellent vegan option- the vegan chorizo- that I added to my bowl and it was delicious. My mom got the barbacoa and my husband got the carnitas and they both loved their dishes, too.“

“When I think of Mexican food I often think of tacos and burritos. But today I got to try authentic food with my Mexican friend. We went to Casa Luchitas at Shaker Square. My friend introduced me to Ensalada de Nopal (cactus salad), Queso Fundido (chorizo with melted cheese), and Flautas (flour tortillas with shredded beef). I also had the Tres Leches cake. Everything I tried tasted different than anything I had before since a lot of restaurants are Americanized. The food was very good and the service was excellent. I suggest that you try this restaurant if you get the chance.“
“I went in last night 7/1/2026 after my son’s baseball game because he wanted a burrito. It was about 9:45pm and the team working was awesome. (A young man and a young lady) the young man answered a question I had and the young lady was very patient while my 9 year son decided what he wanted. Would definitely visit again ♥ BtW he enjoyed it so much that he actually ate the entire burrito 🌯“

“Sad that I hadn’t ventured here sooner. The atmosphere was calm and exciting at the same time. The guac was impressive, and the chips were perfect…and then the food came.
I was not at all expecting to have a steak this good. I can normally pick apart a steak but literally nothing on the plate was anything short of perfect. The potatoes were next level.
What an amazing meal.“
