It’s not only rude and disrespectful but it’s simply annoying for me as a customer to sit there and listen to someone complain or be upset about some food. I wish customers had better attitudes towards staff. I do and never have any problems.

It is always ILLEGAL to take pictures of people without permission, and then posting them online to a store. Unacceptable.

“The food is excellent! I specifically recommend the Guacamole Loreto w/roasted corn as an appetizer, and Carnitas La Rumorosa as an entree. That entree is easily enough for two meals, maybe three. And this drink! El Verde: Basil puree, freshly squeezed orange and lime juice, sea salt, and Silver Mezcal. Also worth mentioning, they gladly made a plain/simple "just cheese" quesadilla, and they were overall kind about my kid being... a kid.“

“The prices are the same as most other Mexican-themed restaurants, maybe a little bit cheaper. Serving portions are good sized. 1 plate can definitely feed two people. Food is very tasty, margaritas are excellent. Service was absolutely phenomenal!“

“The grocery store has authentic Latin American products that I could not find anywhere else in the area. Ordered steak plate from restaurant and it was also authentic and delicious. Real Latinx flavors. Highly recommend. El supermercado tiene productos Latinoamericanos que no pude encontrar en el area (totopos El Milagro, queso panela, paletas, pupusas, etc). Ordenamos una carne asada del restaurant y aliño estuvo delicioso.“

“10/10 support your local eateries instead of Chipotle! But I almost don't want to give them a good rating so I don't have to wait for a table! The serving size is perfect 👌🏼 and reheats well in the oven even 2 days later. Their guacamole is fresh and worth the $6 and change with whatever you order as your main. “Had a great experience at Qdoba on Som Center Road! The food was fresh and flavorful, and I loved being able to customize my bowl exactly how I wanted it. The staff was friendly and quick, even though it was fairly busy when I stopped in. Portions were generous for the price, and everything tasted like it had been made recently rather than sitting around. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, which always makes a difference. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area — highly recommend if you’re craving a solid, casual Mexican meal.“

“My partner and I decided to order some DoorDash for late night dinner and came across MexiTaco. I was skeptical at first because I know some ghost kitchen type restaurants can be hit or miss, but I’m proud to say they exceeded my expectations. The Birria Pizza automatically caught my attention, as I have been on the search for the best Birria in Cleveland. We decided to keep it simple for our first time eating here and I instantly regret not ordering more food or finding this place sooner. The meat was perfectly tender and seasoned well, the taco was extra cheesy and the consommé had a perfect balance of spices. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and look forward to ordering from here again soon.“

“I just want to give Qdoba a shoutout because I had a really good experience! I ordered through DoorDash, but DoorDash didn’t give me the option to add something I wanted, so I called the Qdoba to see if they could do it for me. I talked to Chris, the general manager, and he was literally so nice and helpful. He added it to my order with no questions asked and was very polite the whole time. I really appreciated that because he definitely didn’t have to go out of his way to do that, but he did!

Then when I went to pick up my order yesterday, the girl working was also super nice. She asked us how we were doing and was just really friendly and welcoming. Everyone was so nice and the customer service was honestly great.

Definitely wanted to leave a review because good customer service deserves to be recognized! And shoutout to Chris because he was amazing! ❤“
