Blue Habanero - Street Tacos & Tequila | Mexican is an amazing spot in the town of Gordon Square. The food, service, and vibe are all good. Everything is on point, from the fresh and flavorful chicken fajitas to the best shrimp tacos that took one reviewer back to the islands, with coconut flakes and pineapple in a sensual marriage with the grilled shrimp. The pork elly Chicharron tacos, quesobirta tacos, and birria tacos are delicious. The chip sampler features great guacamole, and the quesadilla sampler is very flavorful. The tuna ceviche and shrimp tacos are also highlights. Drinks are surprisingly good, including the perfect strawberry margarita, very tasty skinny margaritas, and a highly recommended octopus margarita. Happy hour runs from 2 PM to 6 PM. The staff are superb, accommodating allergies and ensuring safety. The food and drinks come out in the blink of an eye. A very busy place—definitely a spot worth coming back to.
