If you plan on going to the establishment on a busy night you will need to make a reservation because their seating area is a little small but allows for a more romantic atmosphere. However my wife and I choose to go on a Sunday night which didn't require a reservation. 2. Their homemade dipping sauces for myself were a little plaid except for the one that was just extremely spicy.“

My husband and I loved everything we had: the lemon chicken was tender and flavorful, the Alfredo cavatelli was creamy perfection, and the sausage and meatballs were just incredible. Honestly, I can’t even pick a favorite—they were all that good. The bread and butter? Probably the best we’ve ever had. She was missing the foods from her home, and a true Spanish restaurant is hard to find. A friend said he heard about Sangria Y Tapas so we immediately changed our plans and headed to Westlake. She smiled the entire time we were there and spoke Spanish with the owner a mile a minute. She said it did her heart good and the food was truly Spanish. The service was spectacular! We will definitely be crossing over to the west side to visit this fabulous establishment again!“

“We visited today from Youngstown Ohio. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by a very friendly server. The appetizer was great. The food was made very fast and tasted excellent!! The server was fast efficient and very pleasant. She was able to keep it exceptionally clean while waiting on multiple tables with a smile the entire time. Great modifications to our vegan diet. Everything was cooked to perfection, flavorful and great price. Waitress was a sweetheart too! This is the type of place we both grew up eating at with our grandparents. “Been here a few times with different friends. I normally get one of the noodle bowls and have tried the different meats and some of the different sauces and add one. What's nice is that you can customize your bowl between different meats, veggies, sauces both warm and cold. I would do 5 stars for food, but sometimes the bowl don't seem as full even when I order same things as last time. That's the only thing they can really improve on. To make the bowls the same fullness everytime“

“I don’t often write reviews, but Cocky’s deserves one. I fell in love with the cozy, quaint shop the moment I walked in. The staff greeted my family with a smile and friendly conversation. They were happy to make recommendations when I asked for the most popular breakfast sandwich. We landed on the Big Daddy and Wake ‘n Bacon. Great choices!! Everything from the cute environment, engaging staff, seamless payment system, quick service and fresh, flavorful sandwiches was top notch!“

I’ve tried at least eight other restaurants in there over the last three months and not one of them Even came near being considered average. Not only do they actually play Mexican music here, the food I ordered actually tasted good. The charro/ranchero beans were so Insanely good and the kitchen staff actually made chorizo and eggs for me at 8 PM! Great service, great atmosphere and very clean. Feel like they are getting screwed because of the construction right there. Would have went past it myself if my boyfriend hasn’t been there before and pointed it out. Very much recommend.
