If you plan on going to the establishment on a busy night you will need to make a reservation because their seating area is a little small but allows for a more romantic atmosphere. However my wife and I choose to go on a Sunday night which didn't require a reservation. 2. Their homemade dipping sauces for myself were a little plaid except for the one that was just extremely spicy.“

She was missing the foods from her home, and a true Spanish restaurant is hard to find. A friend said he heard about Sangria Y Tapas so we immediately changed our plans and headed to Westlake. She smiled the entire time we were there and spoke Spanish with the owner a mile a minute. She said it did her heart good and the food was truly Spanish. The service was spectacular! We will definitely be crossing over to the west side to visit this fabulous establishment again!“

“We visited today from Youngstown Ohio. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by a very friendly server. The appetizer was great. The food was made very fast and tasted excellent!! The server was fast efficient and very pleasant. She was able to keep it exceptionally clean while waiting on multiple tables with a smile the entire time. Great modifications to our vegan diet. Basil leaf is a great restaurant and I would highly recommend you try it.“

Family friendly brunch spot. So many menu options. They have a regular menu and a check style menu where you can customize your meal and had them you “check” for the kitchen.“

“Yummy! Me and my hubby stopped in after our appointments today. Had a delicious breakfast. I got corned beef hash, sunny side up egg and he got chopped steak and eggs and we split some pancakes 🥞. Everything was cooked to perfection, flavorful and great price. Waitress was a sweetheart too! This is the type of place we both grew up eating at with our grandparents. Despite how hectic it was, the general manager was personally helping customers and handling everything with patience and professionalism. It almost seemed like some customers were ordering for the first time, but she remained extremely friendly and took the time to assist everyone.

“Been here a few times with different friends. I normally get one of the noodle bowls and have tried the different meats and some of the different sauces and add one. What's nice is that you can customize your bowl between different meats, veggies, sauces both warm and cold. I would do 5 stars for food, but sometimes the bowl don't seem as full even when I order same things as last time. That's the only thing they can really improve on. To make the bowls the same fullness everytime“
