This was a really overrated restaurant. Pricey and pretentious and generally unmemorable meal and beverage options. The saving grace for us was the ambiance because we ate al fresco.
Only our second time eating at this establishment and it was just as pleasant as the first time. Although we didn't make reservations, they were able to accommodate us. Food came in a timely manner...raw oysters were to die for, and we should have ordered the dozen.

This has been a crazy extended weekend. Shary and I drove out to Lorain for the eclipse and started having mystical experiences before we were even halfway to the Ariel Hotel. For example, Shary saw a road sign for an attraction that kind of reminded us of that Frank Lloyd Wright house, Falling Waters. She plops that into the GPS and BAM!
