“I took my kids after soccer practice and the young girls working were very polite, fast and had a smile on their face as they served us. Great customer service!“

“Love this location! One of the employees, the one with the glittery eyeshadow, made sure we didn’t order any cookies that contain gelatin because we are Muslim. She even ran outside to our car to tell us that one of the cookies we ordered contains gelatin and helped us get the problem resolved, I have so much respect for her!“

“we all loved the ice cream. Love the look of the place. Service was great!“

“I had a wonderful experience at Zeina’s Frozen Yogurt! Everything was fresh and delicious, with many great flavors and toppings to choose from. The place was clean and comfortable, and Ibtisam was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Excellent customer service—I will definitely visit again!“

“I love coming to this place! The yogurt is really good and there's always at least one non-dairy option, which I really appreciate. The toppings bar is fantastic, with so many choices. The place is super clean and everything is always fresh. Also, the woman here is always so nice and welcoming. It's such a great spot and I highly recommend it to everyone!“

“Best chocolate in Ohio hands down. Their marshmallows are my favorite.“

“Came here kind of close to closing and had a big order of milkshakes and they were made great and tasted wonderful.
The young man that was working here at 8pm was amazing. I do not remember what his name was but I came kind of close to closing and he did my whole big order alone with a smile on his face and was extremely friendly the entire time he made our order. This young man definitely made my visit here pleasant.“

“Quick drive through service. great food, friendly employees.“

“Me and my wife took our grand daughter here for her birthday. Heard great things about the ice cream. We were not disappointed! Great flavors of ice cream, and very very fresh toppings! I had a peanut butter sundae with chocolate ice cream and my grand daughter had a strawberry sundae with strawberry ice cream. Everything was great!!!!!!!! Can't wait to return!“

“One day I met a woman who was housebound. She was donating to our charity and we went to her home.
She said she dreamed of Mitchell's.
Mitchell's? What is this?
So we went and got her ice cream.
Skip forward 10 years and I chase the taste. It's like legal crack. The dark chocolate used in all of the chunk flavors is indescribable good. It melts in your mouth.
Pair the raspberry and coffee chocolate chunk for an experience.
Just be prepared for those late night cravings. It's at least a 30 minute drive for us. And it happens frequently. 🦄🍨🍦“

“In 1985 Prince wrote the song “Nothing compares 2 U.” In 1990, Sinéad O'Connor traveled to the future to party like its 1999. While visiting she tried Mitchell’s ice cream. She was so impressed that when she returned to 1990 she remade the song in Mitchell’s honor. Thank God for time travel. Jolly good show!

P.S. You should always get sprinkles“

“Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by a smiling staff member who guided me to the counter. However, I noticed a worker that during busy times, impatience can sometimes manifest in short responses to customers or a hurried demeanor. While she strives to maintain efficiency, her impatience can sometimes overshadow the friendly atmosphere that Fenik prides itself on.“

“I had an amazing experience with this ice cream shop! The ice cream was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. The menu had a wide variety of flavors to choose from.“

“This and Handles make Northeast Ohio one of the best places in the country for ice cream. I love almost everything about Mitchell's ice cream! Their variety of exotic flavors are incredibly rich and creamy. From banana cream pie to wild berry crumble, it is ALMOST all INCREDIBLE! The only exception is their chocolate - I feel like it does not stack up next to anything else they have.

Anyway, I highly recommend Mitchell's ice cream and this location has easy parking, too!“

“The ice cream was amazing 🤩“

“Everything is delicious, and the people serving are super friendly. Highly recommend.“

“Vintage flavors of ice cream!!!“

“best ice cream stand in the state of Ohio.“

“Great ice cream and terrific flavors! Staff is always friendly.“

“I asked for the lettuce wrap option but still got the regular bun. They should look into customer ordering via tab or something to offset the high likelihood of errors given their multiple choices. Also, the place was dirty with no one constantly cleaning the customer area. The food, however, was exceptional.“

“An incident that occurred on 7/24 was greatly taken care of by Claire and her other coworker (don’t remember her name). They were both very sweet and helpful! The ice cream is also very good :) 5 stars 10/10 recommend!“

“I wish I could say I recommend this place because it was a tradition to go here at Easter time and grab chocolate crosses and bunnies. After leaving the store this weekend with such a small amount of different chocolates for 33.00 dollars I was so disappointed. I shared the photo and price with a couple friends and even they were shocked. It's really sad how extremely high a small amount is. I just wish the customer was kept in mind a little more when these prices get so hicked up. There was a second pretzel candy bar of no charge (BOGO) not pictured.“

“We had our intimate wedding ceremony and lunch at Gourmet Java Bistro 2 weeks ago. The place is very charming and the owner, Carlitta, is the nices, sweetest lady with mad cooking skills! She made our special day beautiful and really special!! ❤️“

“This is the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The outdoor seating is amazing. It’s like a time capsule from the 50s or something. The putt putt course needs a renovation but is still really fun. Nice driving range in back if you are into that. Food typical to DQ, not my fav but I’ll be back with my kid for the overall vibe.“

“Never disappointed with their cheeseburgers! Even the kids love their food and of course the ice cream! We live next to a dq and travel here instead the quality is way better and so is the service! I've been recommending this place to a lot of people. The mushroom bacon Swiss burger are the absolute best! Keep up the good work by providing great food and ice cream.“
