Shake Shack Westlake offers delicious, greasy burgers and seasoned fries, with a juicy beef patty and fresh vegetables. The potato bun holds everything together well, and crispy bacon adds flavor. The double burger is a good choice for big appetites. Customers enjoy the outstanding milkshakes, especially cookies and cream, and recommend ordering separately. The ordering process via touch screen is quick, and food is often ready fast, making the experience smooth and on time. Although the prices are higher than typical fast food, many find the taste and options worth it. The restaurant is clean, but seating with cushioning could improve comfort. Some customers noted that their orders are sometimes prepared incorrectly or with one or two items wrong. There have been occasional issues with staff not bringing out food promptly, and a few have found hair in the fries. Despite these frustrations, many still enjoy the tasty food and plan to return for the flavorful experience. The dining room can be a bit messy, with tables often not cleaned, especially during busy times.
