Bruh, it was packed like my stomach when my uncle comes over
Today at approximately 4:05 PM, a teenage girl accidentally picked up the wrong drink. The employee loudly yelled at the girls from across the store after they were already seated, even though the store was very busy and mistakes like this can happen. He was a white, bald man with glasses.
The girl apologized twice, but he completely ignored her. While remaking the drink, he was using inappropriate language that the girls and other customers could clearly hear.

I love stopping by this Starbucks location because the baristas couldn’t be any friendlier or kinder, and always offer a warm welcome. I want to give a special shoutout to Emily – after I recently placed a mobile order incorrectly and came in to replace the correct order at the register, she went above and beyond to fix the mistake at no charge which was unexpected (and unnecessary since it was my mistake!).
