I walked in and asked a gentleman for a decaf iced tea, which I've had many times, and he rudely insisted they didn't have it. It was clearly on the board. I walked away and sat with my friend so she could have her drink. My friend went up to a nice young girl ( maybe a manager?) And she was kind enough to get me the drink I wanted and brought it to me.
Who doesn't love Starbucks?? Went here with my bestie and when we were talking about our order the wonderful gentleman behind the register suggested a brown sugar drizzle that we've never had before we tried it and loved it! I love recommendations on my coffee selection especially because not everything Starbucks offers is listed! Staff was very pleasant!

I purchased two craft coffees with my app and asked the clerk to change a dollar bill for the parking meter. She would not do it, claimed it was "AGAINST COMPANY POLICY". Only customers that paid cash could get change. I didn't know that before I placed my order in or would have paid cash. I don't believe the Starbucks that I know would have been this discourteous to a Starbucks gold card holder and regular customer. The excuse of "company policy" was pretty annoying.
