No one in drive thru and 2 managers just standing around talking and complaining about people that work their loud enough could hear in car thru drive thru window instead of greeting people, handing out beverages and getting food together, poor customer

Pretty clean dining area and indoor play place. We come here a lot with the kids bc it’s one of the few indoor play areas that’s large enough to keep their interest. Food is usually warm and tastes well. Their main issue is service and consistency. Drive thru is prioritized over dine-in and pickup orders, to the point that workers will walk right past you at the counter without giving you a look. This was supposed to be a deluxe quarter pounder, but it's missing a few ingredients, if I'm going to pay more for something actually give it to me but I'm not going to go back inside because it'll be 15 minutes till I get my order correct and my other food will have already been cold, don't order anything complicated if you go to this location or better yet go to the Culver's next door way better burgers
