“It's quite refreshing to find a McDonald's with a working play place. I'm going to have to say it seems that the workers care there. It was clean, modern and the food was well.. McDonald's food, but was above the regular standard I've grown to expect. So, it's definitely a step up. Sadly, I wasn't exactly thrilled they don't have a fountain machine for soda refills in public areas. While not a complaint, it seemed awkward and unexpected to have someone deliver all parts of the order to the table.“
“Coupon blunder! Arrived at the drive-thru at 8:45 p.m. on a Thursday. Couldn't get my coupon to work in the McDonald's app. Devin was nice enough to take the time to help me. What a wonderful employee. Thank you Devin for making my experience so positive! Keep on doing the great work.“
“The staff here are always very friendly and prompt. Glad this is my local Starbucks <3Parking: Easy enough to park. The line can wrap-around the parking lot sometimes and this can cause your car to be blocked into a spot. Parking near the drive-thru exit makes this less of an issue“
“First it's Dunkin and not my favorite coffee, however at least this location fills up your cup. I'm my hometown they never, NEVER fill the cup. If I'm paying almost $5 for my coffee, I at least want my cup filled properly. The donuts were good. The sourdough breakfast sandwich was very bland, I would not order it again. The iced mocha my son ordered was pretty gross, I'm not sure why, he's ordered it before without issue. The watermelon refresher thing was yummy. Very sweet. The service at this location was much better than my hometown as well. The coffee started to leak and the gentleman adjusted the lid, and wiped the cup checking to make sure it wasn't leaking still before handing it to me. At my hometown Dunkin the girl handed me the cup coffee streaming down the sides, with no napkin and clearly a messed cup with an ill-fitting lid without care. The small lot causes traffic congestion for the drive-thru. I would have parked and gone inside but I couldn't even get to the parking spaces to attempt that and then I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get out of the parking lot after as well.I don't normally like to go to Duncan but my children wanted donuts and there wasn't anywhere else to go.“
“Had the blended orange Creamsicle, strawberry cheesecake latte & iced Chai with lavender cold foam (yes, we're basic). These were all absolutely fantastic & full of flavor. Unlike other coffee shops, everything here tasted exactly like it is listed. If you order a brownie flavor drink, be prepared to get exactly that. Sounds simple, but some places can't nail it like the lucky penny does.“
“Met Sara the owner here. Such a nice conversant woman. Knows how to make great ice cream and Egg salad. Nice friendly place for conversation and also meetings. Has great teas, coffee, sandwiches and as I said homemade ice cream. Lovely imported cookies, crackers and sunderous eatables. Also has gifts for sale in store. Store hard to spot, but a great meeting place for friends or business people to meet. Impressive best kept secret in Bay Village.Vegetarian options: Has good tuna and egg saladKid-friendliness: No kids when I was there, but lots of area to spread out in the restaurant.“
“I came on Saint Paddy‘s day and they were closed at noon so I wanted to try them so bad so I came back a few days later I told the girl that I’ve never been there before she was super nice super polite she suggested to get a caramel macchiato and I’ve never had one of those so I tried it and it was super good 10 out of 10 I came all the way from medina to come try this!“
“Cute location in downtown elyria, decent amount of off the street parking, baristas were great. I had a maple latte and an everything bagel with cream cheese..the bagel was sooo soft and fresh I could've eaten 6! Latte was good too. I wish they had more sugar free options, the chairs to the tables were a bit low/small compared to the table so it felt like being a kid at an adults table ? but overall a good experience and we'll be back!“
“Black Key Coffee is our favorite local coffee shop for my caffeine fix. Quality coffee beans. Reasonably priced. Fantastic service. Friendly atmosphere. Andrew even has a fun & interesting daily trivia question that I get wrong more often than I get it correct. He's always happy to answer any of your coffee questions. Plus, dogs are welcome, which can make any day better. They're not open on Mondays and are only open until 2 pm most other days. But we prefer to support this incredible local shop over franchise brands whenever we can.“
“I love this place. Coffee is a drug and I'm hooked! LOL The girls know me up there I'm the guy that's always in for the scooters turtle blender... I love that stuff. It's addicting. The staff up there is fantastic and don't forget to leave them a tip on every drink... They are 10 times as fast as Starbucks and there rewards program is second to none! Scoooooooters.... Yummmmmmmm“
