“I arrived just before their dinner rush and ordered without waiting more than a few minutes. Whomever misplaced my order slip allowed approximately 10 customers to place and receive orders ahead of me. This included 3 Door Dashers. If transactions are ticketed in the order they're received, then I should not have been waiting 15-20 minutes for my food. I was behind 1 person ordering, with 2 customers waiting for orders. They were rightfully served before me in rapid fashion. I watched the waiting/ordering area fill up and overflow to the dining room. There was a manager present, with at last 3, perhaps 4 employees working the front during their rush. I witnessed the manager get in his fancy car and leave his employees while they handled the line. I've had managers like that before...I empathize with them. I've also had managers who kill the rush before they pack up and leave. If I feel inclined to stop again, I will make sure I leave a tip for the employee who found my missing ticket.

Overall the gyro was good, but I've had jumbo orders in Cleveland that dwarf the one I had, for virtually the same price.“

“This place is AMAZING!!!!!! Hidden gem!!!! I'm so glad we stopped to eat here!!!! We ordered the brisket with Mac & cheese, mondo burger, and the chopchz Philly. EVERYTHING was delicious. The Mac & cheese was literally the BEST mac & cheese I've ever eaten at a restaurant. The brisket was GREAT!!!! Burger was cooked perfect. I brought the chop chopchz Philly home to my husband and he ate it COLD and still thought it was good!!!! The atmosphere was inviting, restaurant was clean, waitress was very friendly and attentive. We live outside of Toledo but whenever we are back out this way we will DEFINITELY stop by again!!!“

They remade my order I pulled up and waited for them to bring the food out and the girl that brought the food out was so kind and apologized and was a real gem. The whoppers were packaged in boxes, the patties were so juicy and the buns were shiny and soft. The fries and onion rings were so fresh and crispy. 10/10 the best fast food experience that I've had in decades. I also wanted to shout-out the staff at this specific location. They were amazing.“

“This Burger King on Cooper Foster is terrible.. we went around 3:15pm and they still had their breakfast menu up.. I asked why it was still up and I don't think she understood.. I ordered a whopper meal with only mustard and ketchup and onion rings extra crispy and my husband got the same except his whopper had everything on it.. we went to sit down to wait for our number to be called and after seeing people come in and out I was concerned. my husband went to ask where our food was and they said someone must of taken it. they re-made our meals and our onion rings tasted old and mine were not well done.. the burgers were cold and the patties were smaller than the usual whopper burger. I had to ask for mustard and ketchup and she gave me honey mustard for nuggets. I asked the manager if she could put some in a little cup for me and she was truly irritated..I was done with all the mistakes I just left!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING ON COOPER FOSTER. they are slow and don't understand how to have customer service skills and respect for your customers“
