“When I called I never actually expected anyone to pick up because it was 50 minutes after closing (literally 1:50am) Kaden picked up. I had a small issue with my order and I have to say the manager on duty, Kaden (hope I spelled that correctly) handled it with perfect professionalism. Thank you so much for doing such a great job at customer service and customer recovery. At the end of the day that is what matters most. Great job! We will definitely be coming back!“

“Every time I come here it's always a pleasant experience and I noticed when the workers are stressed and they still try to put on a customer service representation that serves both the quality of their food and their character today at 11:30 I was greeted by the most Pleasant person and my sandwich was the most perfect sandwich I saw from a franchise I'm glad I was first in the Drive-Thru and there's nobody here second that it looks like there's people coming I only gave the atmosphere 3 stars is because there's always stacks of bread in the lobby“

Took orders over microphone at the second window (im assuming to the cookers) and then by the time i made it to the first window it was ready! Even forgot my nuggets and fries and parked at mcdonalds next door to eat and the lady from the window walked over to give it to us! So sweet!!“

“20260711 The young lady at the register was polite and she got my order correct. After driving 6 or so miles to the hotel, checked in, took my luggage into the room, walked my dogs.... and the chicken was still crispy!!! Amazing!! My pup loved the chicken 😋“
