“I don’t usually leave reviews for restaurants, especially for chain restaurants which I usually think of as being more or less the same, but this Subway truly deserves it. Every time I’ve visited, the experience has been consistently excellent. The place is spotlessly clean, the ingredients always look fresh and well-stocked, and the team moves efficiently even during busy times. The staff greets you the moment you walk in and genuinely seems to care about providing good service. The dining area is clean and comfortable. It’s clear the management takes pride in running this location well.

“Had great service today (Christmas Eve). Ordered two pepperoni melts, one without pepperoni. Worker called back to confirm if I wanted 'no' or 'less' pepperoni on the one melt. I explained it was for my wife who is a vegetarian, and she allowed me to substitute mushrooms on it. When I arrived, she was cheery and had labelled the mushroom melt so we wouldn't get them mixed up. Truly excellent service.“

This was our first time back in a couple years or so… When did Five Guys get sooo EXPENSIVE!?!?!

It stung when the guy said the total. I thought I heard wrong. Esp when we were expecting a quick, cheaper meal but we walked out feeling like we just paid for dining in.

It felt like it should’ve been cheaper because it was counter service, but inflation has sure shifted them into a different category!

We basically paid sit-down restaurant prices without:
* service
* atmosphere
* or even drinks/refills

For that kind of total, we could’ve gone somewhere casual, sat down, and probably spent about the same (or even less) and had a more relaxed experience.

Five Guys used to feel like a treat that was still reasonable… now it’s like a “special occasion burger,” which is kind of wild…because it wasn’t even that great. It was good but not $82.17 good. Sorry Five Guys, but you just lost customers.“

“We got the rib-eye steakhouse, the hangover, the hot honey chicken, and a classic. Every single slider was amazing. Cheese curds and sweet potato fries were excellent and fresh. The vanilla honey crunch shake might be the best shake I've ever had.

I cannot recommend this place enough.“

“Canes always has great food but this locations service was questionable. The young girl and guy preparing the food were goofing around and very loud with one another so much that it could be overheard standing 15ft away from the counter. She appeared to have no gloves on while she prepared the food. Food prep did not appear to be a priority. The dining area was so loud with music I had to put ear buds in to try and dim down the noise. I will not eat in this place again and that was the second time I ate at this location.“

“I have not gone to DQ for a long time until I found this one near our new home. The place is kept clean, and the young staff hustle and are well trained. The standard menu is still available along with some special baskets and other items. The serving size of the ice cream products seems to be smaller than it used to, but that seems to be the way of the world these days. For example, the buster bar seems to be half the size that it used to be. Friends brought over individual ice cream cake cups that seemed a little freezer burned, but that happens with frozen products. Still love their chili dog basket with fries or onion rings!“

“This is the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The outdoor seating is amazing. It’s like a time capsule from the 50s or something. The putt putt course needs a renovation but is still really fun. Nice driving range in back if you are into that. Food typical to DQ, not my fav but I’ll be back with my kid for the overall vibe.“

Their app works very well and is location based so you can order farther ahead and still get fresh food.

“Been here a few times with different friends. I normally get one of the noodle bowls and have tried the different meats and some of the different sauces and add one. What's nice is that you can customize your bowl between different meats, veggies, sauces both warm and cold. I would do 5 stars for food, but sometimes the bowl don't seem as full even when I order same things as last time. That's the only thing they can really improve on. To make the bowls the same fullness everytime“

“NORTH OLMSTED LOCATION: So, I was on my way to church and decided to stop here to try something new. I got in line and was greeted right away by such a wonderful lady! I have very bad anxiety to begin with, and when you add in the social part, I get overwhelmed and shut down. I believe her name is Kali or Tally (I really hope she doesn't get mad if I got it wrong; my anxiety was high, so hopefully she'll forgive me). Anyway, she noticed almost instantly that I had social anxiety and was such a blessing! She was very comforting and helpful in assisting me with deciding what to get. “Update: I went for a second time and realized a place shouldn’t be judged by one experience. No mistakes on the order this time, food was still good . Good but not great .

I eat a decent amount of fast food and I was surprised myself that I hadn’t tried Culver’s. So I made the drive to this location about 15 minutes from me . I heard good things about the onion rings and I had ordered a large one but of course my first order and it was missing. I don’t really mind getting a few orders wrong when I go go to a place lot of times but first time kind of rubbed me the wrong way.

Food was decent . Chicken sandwich doesn’t compare to Chick Fil A at all.“

“Had a great experience here yesterday. I was actually walking to Arby's competitor Taco Bell across the street, only to find out that they were closed and it was the middle of the day. So I stopped at this Arby's for lunch and it was a good compromise. Service was great, they got my order just right and I also talked with some of the Arby's employees about what happened at their competitor Taco Bell across the street. Besides me finding out from what Arby's customers told to the staff with what happened at the Taco Bell- not only was their wait times for food 25 minutes- I also found out from social media- that the entire Taco Bell staff quit at that location. The manager at this Arby's location, staff and myself, shared the same sentiment- that we were not surprised with what happened across Pearl, so I would definitely give this Arby's your business. They truly earned mine and that is why I am giving this location a great review.“

And then I saw that Dave's Cosmic Subs has vegan options. Well now I'm enjoying them again thanks to this place. “Great food! I have gotten delivery a couple of times and they were always pretty quick.
The original wings were of good quality, and the Korean bbq ones were especially good.
Ordered the Cajun fries and they were perfectly seasoned and fresh.
I have also tried the Bacon Chicken Chipotle and California Chicken subs and both were well made and very tasty. I like that they are delivered open in their boxes.“
