“On Thurs. morning, April 30, I witnessed the most amazing example of excellent, efficient & kind customer service from an employee named Tommy at the Walker Rd., Avon Lake Subway. A customer came in & basically (from what I could tell) covered the counter with loose change. Tommy must have answered 20 questions for the customer. I can't remember the last time I saw such kindness and patience! I truly hope that Tommy is recognized/rewarded for his hard work and outstanding customer service. The manager Andrea is equally wonderful!“

“Shout out to NAY! Her and her co workers last night were amazing! I do door dash and pick up from here often. I picked up shortly before 11pm so I saw that they were already short staffed and packed with orders. I got a stacked order afterwards and knew it would a long wait because of being short staffed and the lobby now being closed. I hop in the drive thru and message my customers to make them aware I did have to wait for a looooooong time BUT there were only 2 workers and their line was crazy long. I know the two I picked up were pretty big. Pick them up and made sure to tell them I appreciated them and headed to drop off. As I was leaving the last customer I got another Taco Bell order and went through the same process. Guys listen, give them some grace! It is not the employees at store level’s fault for being understaffed, that is a corporate issue. They were doing what they could with what they had. Yea, I saw Nay get an attitude with some of the customers from time to time but the customer was being a jerk. Nay was keeping the line moving and the orders were all correct. Take a minute to think about what it would be like in their shoes. The orders just keep coming, there are only 2 people working, and corporate won’t let you close. Oh wait, if they close because of no staff then yall would complain too. If you don’t have time to wait and you think the food sucks or the staff are rude, then go to a different Taco Bell. Problem solved!“

“Ordered a pizza from Lear Rd Pizza Hut and apparently they’re using DoorDash to deliver. All I had was a $50 bill on me and they had no change so I called up the Pizza Hut to pay by credit card but they were nasty and hung up on me. I felt bad for the people delivering to me and gave them the money and told them to take the pizza and shove it! I would never order from them again, ever!“
