“The food is amazing, this is the only place that you are going to find this taste it's delicious, be careful though if you order a large meal it will be 20 dollars but you'll get 2 burgers the size of a double Q lbs with cheese at mcdonalds, a full basket of fries and a delicious cup of cheese, more than enough cheese trust me for the fries and a large drink, more than enough food for the price for sure. The customer service was also decent, they seem like good people.“

“I don’t often write reviews, but Cocky’s deserves one. I fell in love with the cozy, quaint shop the moment I walked in. The staff greeted my family with a smile and friendly conversation. They were happy to make recommendations when I asked for the most popular breakfast sandwich. We landed on the Big Daddy and Wake ‘n Bacon. Great choices!! Everything from the cute environment, engaging staff, seamless payment system, quick service and fresh, flavorful sandwiches was top notch!“

“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Very friendly and polite I'll definitely order from there again.“

“This is the only location for Mr. Hero's that I go to.
This store is always the cleanest and friendliest restaurant that I go to.
I work a lot and I pay for everything on my own.
So when I spend my money somewhere I'm not only spending my money but I am also spending the time that I used to get that money, and time is something we can never get back. Food quality and accuracy is the most important thing to me when I am spending my money. The people here always are super friendly and they always keep the store super clean. You never have to wait long for your food at all when you go here. I always tell people about this specific location when we bring up places that we like to eat because I love eating here more than just about anywhere else. Caring about my food is caring about my life and they definitely make sure you're getting the quality that you're paying for with the money you spent so much time earning. It's not far from the highway at all, in fact it's very close. If anyone doesn't have time to cook or is out and about being busy and working and can't afford to spend too long waiting for food, I seriously recommend you stop into this location and get yourself something to eat. I promise you you will never wait long at all.out of all of the Mr. Hero's in the different cities and townships of Lorain County, this is literally the only one I go to for a while now because of how clean they are and how good they prepare my food. You will never ever get low quality food from this location, I promise. Every dollar I spend here is an investment for their business and they take great pride in making sure your investment into them is returned to you with the best quality and service.

“I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. “First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.“

“Of the big chains this might be the best one I don't know. The subs are really good but if you don't need it soon the vinegar makes the bread soggy and the texture then just is mushy and kind of gross. But when you eat it fairly quickly they make the best Italian sub of all the chains I think.“

“We went to Penn Station in Avon tonight, where we met Logan. I haven't seen such genuine, friendly customer service in years!! We ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with ghost pepper cheese, a cheese steak sub with ghost pepper cheese, and fries. The ghost pepper cheese had an amazing kick and perfect flavor, and we really enjoyed it! Absolutely delicious and fresh!! Also very generous with the fries! “The gentlemen behind the counter were polite and attentive. Made my sandwich how I requested, the food was delocious and fresh. This is the softest bread I've ever gotten from a subway and makes me think every sandwich before today has been stale.“

“I had never been to a Jersey Mike's until today for their day of giving. I expected the long line and busy atmosphere. I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. Very impressive !!! on top of it I really liked my sandwich. while this location is not convenient for me on a normal basis I would seek out another for another yummy sandwich.“

It has always been a 5 star for us, quality has stayed excellent, service is exceptional and it’s the wonderful humans you have on your team that truly provide the experience-it’s what sets you apart from other establishments (the food speaks for itself-delicious!). Anywhere can offer the best food on the planet but it’s the crew who keep your doors open and Penn Station got it right! There is no big CEO or corporate. It’s just the owners and their wonderful amazing staff.

I can draw one conclusion as to why they are so invested in serving their customers in a long nutshell- when you feel valued, are paid a living wage, feel appreciated: you perform better…. as a person who’s been in the industry for way too many years, you can spot an employee that’s struggling to do their best and get through the day, versus someone who is genuinely happy to be there.

When other restaurants continue to raise prices and reduce quality, Penn Station stands out to me as a staple in the communities in which they service. They care about their guests. They have standards and values and are willing to keep it that way.

This is a long novel of a post but this is something that makes a huge impact in this crazy world; where sometimes all we have to brighten our day in these crazy times is to go into a restaurant and sit and enjoy food- It’s become a luxury to do it and a lot of choices out there. If you want to survive as a business, follow Penn Station’s example to your community and get on board. There a lot of competition out there!
