Romanburger was excellent. Cheesesteak was exquisite. Orlando Bakery buns are perfect. Restaurant was spotless. Food came out fast. Poor counter customer service. I was bothering her. Time for owner's daughter (m - - - i) to leave the business. She's too good to serve fast food diners. Phone payments not accepted. Plaza owner needs to take care of property better. Bottled drinks are overpriced. Stick to fountain.
This was the best experience I’ve ever had at Mr Hero location! The staff was incredible, and Skye made the best Chicken Philly I’ve ever had! If I could leave more than five stars, I would!

It was okay. The ingredients are fresh, but the sandwiches taste a bit bland. It is a healthier choice, though we did get the potato waffers. Those were fresh and hot and well salted, so I highly recommend those! Just maybe ask for a sauce to go with your sandwich because it doesn't taste like much on it's own.
