“This is the only location for Mr. Hero's that I go to.
This store is always the cleanest and friendliest restaurant that I go to.
I work a lot and I pay for everything on my own.
So when I spend my money somewhere I'm not only spending my money but I am also spending the time that I used to get that money, and time is something we can never get back. Food quality and accuracy is the most important thing to me when I am spending my money. The people here always are super friendly and they always keep the store super clean. You never have to wait long for your food at all when you go here. I always tell people about this specific location when we bring up places that we like to eat because I love eating here more than just about anywhere else. Caring about my food is caring about my life and they definitely make sure you're getting the quality that you're paying for with the money you spent so much time earning. It's not far from the highway at all, in fact it's very close. If anyone doesn't have time to cook or is out and about being busy and working and can't afford to spend too long waiting for food, I seriously recommend you stop into this location and get yourself something to eat. I promise you you will never wait long at all.out of all of the Mr. Hero's in the different cities and townships of Lorain County, this is literally the only one I go to for a while now because of how clean they are and how good they prepare my food. You will never ever get low quality food from this location, I promise. Every dollar I spend here is an investment for their business and they take great pride in making sure your investment into them is returned to you with the best quality and service.
I love this location and everybody that works here and I hope they know how much appreciation I have for the care they take into making my food, because food is the most important thing to me and the one thing I get to enjoy every day.

“The 2 workers there at 4 pm were great. They greeted everyone who came in with a “welcome to subway.” They were efficient and friendly and made nice wraps. They knew the menu. Real good persons. They should always work together. The store is a bit dated. Never at this Subway before but like Arnold said: I’ll be back.“

“I have ordered door dash from here a couple times and it had been great so I decided to stop in. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome even though I was undecided on what I wanted. “When i ordered a chicken philly and paid the guy at the counter realised it was a counterfeit 20$ bill, he gave me a free drink too even though i was the one supposed to be apologizing. “Always a great place to eat and EXTREMELY compared to other locations I’ve been to where I lived previously. The staff are kind every time I go in. Especially today, I misread a coupon and ordered the wrong size sandwiches and the gentlemen were very kind to me about it.“

“Of the big chains this might be the best one I don't know. The subs are really good but if you don't need it soon the vinegar makes the bread soggy and the texture then just is mushy and kind of gross. But when you eat it fairly quickly they make the best Italian sub of all the chains I think.“

“We went to Penn Station in Avon tonight, where we met Logan. I haven't seen such genuine, friendly customer service in years!! We ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with ghost pepper cheese, a cheese steak sub with ghost pepper cheese, and fries. The ghost pepper cheese had an amazing kick and perfect flavor, and we really enjoyed it! Absolutely delicious and fresh!! Also very generous with the fries! “Stopped in because was craving a meatball sub and heard theirs was good. This sub hit the spot!! The daves sauce on the bottom gave it an amazing tang. Fresh out of the over the bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside. Great atmosphere inside. Recommend the meatball sub!!“

“I had never been to a Jersey Mike's until today for their day of giving. I expected the long line and busy atmosphere. I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. Very impressive !!! on top of it I really liked my sandwich. while this location is not convenient for me on a normal basis I would seek out another for another yummy sandwich.“

During COVID they were short staffed as everyone was/is she would always apologize if she was late even though it truly wasn't her fault it was late. Keep up the great work!! “The new steak sub is fantastic! My only gripe is that everytime I go into the restaurant, they only seem to have one employee working. It takes FOREVER to get your order. I would definitely recommend doing an online order instead of a walk-in order.“

“The food is amazing, this is the only place that you are going to find this taste it's delicious, be careful though if you order a large meal it will be 20 dollars but you'll get 2 burgers the size of a double Q lbs with cheese at mcdonalds, a full basket of fries and a delicious cup of cheese, more than enough cheese trust me for the fries and a large drink, more than enough food for the price for sure. The customer service was also decent, they seem like good people.“

“For the most part this is a very good Subway. They do a very good job making the sandwiches. The only suggestion I have is to please do not forget to put napkins the customers bag with their sub. Other than that, this is a wonderful Subway!“
