“We door dashed Mr Hero last night. 5 Roman burgers and a Philly with fries and cheese. It’s been years since I have had Mr hero and the food was soooo good! Burgers cooked well, sandwiches wrapped nice, fries crispy and cheese hot! We will be back!“

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches. I also think this location is in a convenient location. They have plenty of parking and the parking lot is easily accessible from the main road. “My kids have just discovered Jimmy John's since they opened a North Ridgeville location and now it has dethroned McDonald's as their favorite place to eat. My girls like the turkey sub and my son loves the hunter club. Their cookies are super good too and really soft. I also like ordering from here because they have Diet Coke 💯🥤“

“I don’t often write reviews, but Cocky’s deserves one. I fell in love with the cozy, quaint shop the moment I walked in. The staff greeted my family with a smile and friendly conversation. They were happy to make recommendations when I asked for the most popular breakfast sandwich. We landed on the Big Daddy and Wake ‘n Bacon. Great choices!! Everything from the cute environment, engaging staff, seamless payment system, quick service and fresh, flavorful sandwiches was top notch!“

“First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.“

“I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. I would definitely eat here again.“

“I ordered the cheesecake, oops, I meant cheesesteak… It was ridiculous. I have never ever taste the cheesecake like this. OK I’m using text to talk and every time I say cheesesteak it comes up cheesecake, must be my accent. Anyway, at the moment I walked through the door there was a young lady called Katie and she was like hi there welcome and it was so nice. She was unbelievable, friendly, professional, helpful. Then this guy Rob came over to me and he was super nice friendly. He was saying hello to everybody that walked in. Asked me if I needed anything. Overall experience was amazing highly recommend the french fries they were so tasty and many many places do not have malt vinegar. How can you not have french fries and vinegar anyway this place had more vinegar which surprise me so much. And also they have a ketchup up pump. The places that have sachets of ketchup is just like annoying lol anyway I got my fries my cheesesteak and unbelievably satisfied. Oh yeah, one thing I normally take pictures of the food before I eat it unfortunately, it was already in my belly after one bite not eat the whole sandwich and one bite. I took one bite and I liked it so much I couldn’t put it down. Anyway, needless to say I really enjoyed this place.“

“I had never been to a Jersey Mike's until today for their day of giving. I expected the long line and busy atmosphere. I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. Very impressive !!! on top of it I really liked my sandwich. while this location is not convenient for me on a normal basis I would seek out another for another yummy sandwich.“

“The new steak sub is fantastic! My only gripe is that everytime I go into the restaurant, they only seem to have one employee working. It takes FOREVER to get your order. I would definitely recommend doing an online order instead of a walk-in order.“

“Had a great experience at Dave’s Cosmic Subs in Westlake. Jacob was friendly, polite, and welcoming from the moment we walked in.

We ordered two Crazy Subs and one Original. All three were absolutely fantastic. The sandwiches were made with care, the ingredients tasted fresh, and every bite was delicious. You can tell the staff takes pride in making great food.

If you are looking for an excellent sub shop with great customer service and outstanding food, I highly recommend Dave’s Cosmic Subs in Westlake. We will definitely be back.“

“Always friendly, get the orders right and help with the app when needed for coupons. Clean, never super busy wait & their ingredients seem to be good quality from what we’ve ordered. I get the veggie filling on 9-grain, no cheese sometimes I toast but don’t like bothering them to do it. Sweet onion teriyaki sauce on the side. Filling and affordable when on the go. I think the owner is a woman up there, if so she has always been so nice! Thanks ☺“

“The 2 workers there at 4 pm were great. They greeted everyone who came in with a “welcome to subway.” They were efficient and friendly and made nice wraps. They knew the menu. Real good persons. They should always work together. The store is a bit dated. Never at this Subway before but like Arnold said: I’ll be back.“

“I want to give a huge thank you to the team at the Subway on Detroit Rd in Avon, especially the manager Nancy.

I had placed a DoorDash order for my client’s lunch and unfortunately the dasher took most of the food and only delivered half of the sub. After going back and forth with DoorDash and the store trying to figure out what happened, Nancy stepped in and went above and beyond.

Even though it wasn’t the store’s fault, she personally remade the food and delivered it to me herself to make sure my client still had lunch. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.
