“I would have given them a 5 star service but the young lady forgot my cheese sauce! However, my Roman w/Crispy BACON was 5 STARS! Waffle fries were hot too but, no cheese (at .99) landed them in the garbage.

“My fiance and I were in the area up from Columbus and since we don't have a Quiznos near us we wanted to stop in and try some of our favorites from years ago when these stores were much more prevalent. Right away I noticed the store was as clean as can be, within steps of walking in we were greeted by the couple working behind the counter. Though we took some time looking over the menu, at no point did we feel rushed. Once we did place our order the staff was very pleasant. While our order was being made, at no point did I have to ask for more toppings like I feel I have to do at other similar establishments. Once our order was rung up we dove in and were so happy we stopped here. The food tasted amazing, the veggies were as fresh as can be, and the steak I had for my sandwich tasted GREAT!! Next time we're up in this area again we'll definitely be stopping through for sure!“

This lady was not only cool under pressure of a line,but she was really good at her job. She got all of our orders right,and did so with a smile. “My favorite subway of all time! I travel for work and am constantly eating on the road and have been to many different subways but this location is the best. All the workers have good customer service skills, especially a younger girl with glasses and darker hair. I was making a group order during lunch time (it was busy) and she was very polite and patient with me and I did not feel rushed.“

“This Subway definitely stands out among the others in the area for sure. I live in Lakewood, but attend college at LCCC, and I always choose to go to this one. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful, but my experience yesterday was amazing. I walked in, was greeted, and I started ordering. I forget their name, but the person making my sandwich for me was one of the nicest people I’ve met. They held a conversation for me and made my sandwich perfectly. Their nails were immensely pretty, I do remember that. 5/5 Subway for sure.

She was so kind, welcoming, and engaging. Honestly was best experience I've ever had at a subway period. Shout out to Tara you made my day and the sandwiches were delicious :)“
