“I ordered the cheesecake, oops, I meant cheesesteak… It was ridiculous. I have never ever taste the cheesecake like this. OK I’m using text to talk and every time I say cheesesteak it comes up cheesecake, must be my accent. Anyway, at the moment I walked through the door there was a young lady called Katie and she was like hi there welcome and it was so nice. She was unbelievable, friendly, professional, helpful. Then this guy Rob came over to me and he was super nice friendly. He was saying hello to everybody that walked in. Asked me if I needed anything. Then this other young man came out I didn’t get his name unfortunately he was super amazing. Overall experience was amazing highly recommend the french fries they were so tasty and many many places do not have malt vinegar. How can you not have french fries and vinegar anyway this place had more vinegar which surprise me so much. And also they have a ketchup up pump. The places that have sachets of ketchup is just like annoying lol anyway I got my fries my cheesesteak and unbelievably satisfied. Oh yeah, one thing I normally take pictures of the food before I eat it unfortunately, it was already in my belly after one bite not eat the whole sandwich and one bite. I took one bite and I liked it so much I couldn’t put it down. Anyway, needless to say I really enjoyed this place.“

I had placed a DoorDash order for my client’s lunch and unfortunately the dasher took most of the food and only delivered half of the sub. After going back and forth with DoorDash and the store trying to figure out what happened, Nancy stepped in and went above and beyond.

Even though it wasn’t the store’s fault, she personally remade the food and delivered it to me herself to make sure my client still had lunch. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.

“Ordered around 11:35am on line for a 12:30 curbside pickup I got there around 12:22 and asked if it was too early to pick up the order. They must have been busy I was on hold for a couple minutes the gentleman came out and asked if I was the one that ordered and he said that their computer system was down and they did not get any notification I showed him my copy he said okay give me a couple minutes and I'll bring it out stay right here about 10 minutes later he comes out brings me my order and everything was fine. Very friendly and polite I'll definitely order from there again.“

“This is the only location for Mr. Hero's that I go to.
This store is always the cleanest and friendliest restaurant that I go to.
I work a lot and I pay for everything on my own.
So when I spend my money somewhere I'm not only spending my money but I am also spending the time that I used to get that money, and time is something we can never get back. Food quality and accuracy is the most important thing to me when I am spending my money. The people here always are super friendly and they always keep the store super clean. You never have to wait long for your food at all when you go here. I always tell people about this specific location when we bring up places that we like to eat because I love eating here more than just about anywhere else. Caring about my food is caring about my life and they definitely make sure you're getting the quality that you're paying for with the money you spent so much time earning. It's not far from the highway at all, in fact it's very close. If anyone doesn't have time to cook or is out and about being busy and working and can't afford to spend too long waiting for food, I seriously recommend you stop into this location and get yourself something to eat. I promise you you will never wait long at all.out of all of the Mr. Hero's in the different cities and townships of Lorain County, this is literally the only one I go to for a while now because of how clean they are and how good they prepare my food. You will never ever get low quality food from this location, I promise. “I came in and it wasn't busy at 4:30 pm on a Wednesday.Cashier was nice and made a good recommendation.I got the romanburger and it didn't disappoint.I also got waffle fries (they call them waffers) with cheese sauce to dip it in (my first time dipping in cheese).It's definitely a fast food restaurant, so set your expectations accordingly, but overall I was impressed. “First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.“

“We are working up the street and I needed a quick bite to eat. All the ladies in here working are very friendly and easy to talk to. I almost always get a meatball sub amd she did a great job. Definitely was a pleasure eating here. As a business owner myself, it was very nice to observe every lady in here taking their job seriously. “I had never been to a Jersey Mike's until today for their day of giving. I expected the long line and busy atmosphere. I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. Very impressive !!! on top of it I really liked my sandwich. while this location is not convenient for me on a normal basis I would seek out another for another yummy sandwich.“
