Management- you had one lady all by herself working the store on Saturday 10/3/26 and I’m speaking on her behalf. She did so well handling our orders and made our food fresh but of course she was visibly stressed with handling online orders plus people walking in to order and making all the food by herself.
The store was not very clean but how could it be when you leave one person to do all the work.

Mr. Hero has received positive reviews. The restaurant is noted for never disappointing, especially with the chicken Philly and a Best Hot Butter steak that was very delicious, with great Butter, Cheese, Mushrooms, and Grilled onions. The food is described as fresh, hot, and ready super quick. The staff is consistently praised as awesome, kind, and nice. One cashier was a good man who gave a free drink after a counterfeit bill was discovered. The location seems to have gone through a remodeling or new management, and it did not disappoint. Online orders are correct, and the staff is spot on. The gentleman working kindly wrapped a large romanburger in two separate halves. The restaurant is in tough competition with the Broadview brookpark store.
