More times than none they are not serving ice cream in the evenings. They will tell you their machine is down at this time. Tonight was the only one in the drive thru and when I pulled up to pay two employees were cussing each other out loudly. Then I had to pull up and wait a while for my food and had I not had checked my bag I would’ve drove away without my fries. It's McDonald's. You can't expect much but when you don't eat fast food often it actually feels like a treat. Problem I have is when you order something one thing off the menu and you ask for extra of something and the sticker showing extra pickle is taped to the bag and you open up your burger and it has two pickles that's regular pickles That's not extra.

this location is pretty bad, honestly. i ordered a frappe last week and it was completely melted, just caramel flavored milk, no ice. obviously it had sat there for a while before i even ordered. tonight i got dinner for me and my son and this is the “medium fry” i was given. i try to avoid this location but i live in grafton now and sometimes it’s just worth the gamble.
