I can’t say enough great things about the Medina Chick fil a. Everyone is always friendly, happy to help and answers any questions. Ordering drive thru, dining in or even catering is always wonderful! Thanks to the Medina chick fil a team!
Usually, I have a great experience at this chik fil a, however, sometimes the teens that take orders on the ipads outside are too busy messing around and it causes my order to be messed up.
Food what you would expect. Very young staff friendly and well meaning, but a little bored with the job; speaking too quickly and from rote. Not really acknowledging the person in front of them.
