This was the most disgusting sandwich I have ever tried to eat. Stopped there this past Sunday evening at 7:45. Maybe just got the B team or worse. Awful sloppy mess, it's like they just cleaned off the grille and threw it on the rock hard bun and wrapped it up. Oh and then they ask you if you want to leave a tip. Here's a tip...Stay in school

Angela the general manager is a very rude and uncaring individual, she doesn't care for the business or the employees, just her wallet. Poor customer service, poorly trained staff, and a bad attitude will be the downfall of this new establishment. She should be removed and replaced with a better candidate ASAP before this new business goes under. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND if my life depended on it, and will do all in my power to have this sad excuse for a human removed from this new and otherwise great establishment.

Not impressed with the tuna sub. Went way overboard with the mayo, a few thin strips of lettuce, couple of small onions, just not a good tuna sub. There are better options available in Medina
Wonderful location. Get the pepper relish on your Cheesesteak if you like flavor explosions!

I have always ordered the #7 Jersey Mike's way. This shop in Medina has older adult ladies that work there sometimes and they care about your order, I have not disliked anything they have made.BUT, Sunday this young girl with an awful attitude made my order, OHMYGOSH, it was awful, I live less than five minutes from there and my sandwich was soggy, I couldn't hold the bottom of the bun.Then my first bite, my lips and tongue were on fire, too much of something, I asked for "No red pepper flakes " it was loaded with it and my plate was dripping with some kind of liquid, that's never happened before. Needless to say, I didn't have much of the dinner, it went into the trash.SOOOO, if you want a good sub from here, make sure the nice older ladies make it for you, you won't regret it.

Visited Jersey Mike's subs for dinner. I ordered three sandwiches online for pickup. When I arrived, the sandwiches were waiting in a bag on a shelf with my name on it. Very nice. I grabbed them and headed home.I ordered a steak sandwich with extra meat, mushrooms, cheese, and peppers. The sandwich was hot and delicious. The mushrooms were fresh, not canned and that makes a big difference to me because I love mushrooms. The steak had a great flavor and I noticed the extra amount that they added per my request. The cheese and peppers were also great. This was a very good sub - definitely one of the better Philly subs I've had. My wife really liked her chicken Philly and my son made his turkey club disappear.Excellent service, excellent subs. We'll be back. This is good stuff.
