I have been coming to this store since it opened. It's my go-to for a bite to eat while shopping. The pizzas are always fresh. The price is always reasonable. Management actually cares about the customers experience and goes above and beyond to make sure everybody that walks out of the door is happier than when they walked in.Good job Little Caesars Medina. Overall, I am satisfied with the food and service itself.However, I’ve noticed over the years the quality decreases yet the prices increase. I can see going up a few cents to even $1, but now each pizza has gone up +$2 and you don’t get anything extra. The marinara sauce is now filled less than half way and the pizzas are often cold and/or overdone. I hope that since the prices have increased, the food itself would be better. Love the pie, used to work at the Brunswick location, but the Medina manager (buzz cut) has always had a bad attitude and no customer service skills. Upon greeting him, all he said “name for the order”. Then, when I said, “have. a nice day” he just moved on to the other lady who had to wait ten minutes. She also had a similar reaction to mine. Get on it!
